사회적 유능성 증진 프로그램이 위탁형 대안학교 고등학생의 자기효능감, 문제해결 및 대인관계에 미치는 효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사회적 유능성 증진 프로그램이 위탁형 대안학교 고등학생의 자기효능감, 사회적 문제해결 능력, 대인관계 변화에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 연구대상은 G시에 소재한 위탁형 대안학교에 재학 중인 고등학생 14명이다. 실험집단에 7명, 통제집단에 7명의 위탁형 대안학교 고등학생을 배치하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 사용된 척도는 자기효능감, 사회적 문제해결, 대인관계 변화였으며, 사전, 사후, 추후검사에 실시하였다. 자료분석을 위해 SPSS 25.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 비모수 검정(NON-PARAMETRIC)을 실시하였다.
연구결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 사회적 유능성 증진 프로그램은 위탁형 대안학교 고등학생의 자기효능감 증진에 효과가 있다. 둘째, 사회적 유능성 증진 프로그램은 위탁형 대안학교 고등학생의 사회적 문제해결 능력 증진에 효과가 있다. 셋째, 사회적 유능성 증진 프로그램은 위탁형 대안학교 고등학생의 대인관계 변화에 효과가 있다.
이상의 연구결과에 비추어 볼 때 사회적 유능성 증진 프로그램은 위탁형 대안학교 고등학생의 자기효능감, 사회적 문제해결 능력, 대인관계 변화 수준을 증진시키는 데 효과적인 방법이라 할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the social competence enhancement program for adolescents who have consignment alternative school with students self-efficacy, social problem-solving, interpersonal relations changes. The participants of the study were 14 students from I consigned alternative school in G City. 7 students were assigned to the experimental group, and 7 students the control group. The measures used to examine the effectiveness of the program were self-efficacy, social problem-solving, interpersonal relations changes. These factors were measured before the experiment(pretest), after the experiment(posttest), and follow-up tests. The repeated measure NON-PARAMETRIC were applied to analyses using the SPSS 25.0 statistical program.
The results of the study were as follows. First, the social competence enhancement program for adolescent who have consignment alternative school was effective in improving self-efficacy. Second, the program was effective in developing social problem-solving. Third, the program was effective in interpersonal relations changes.
The results of the study indicate that the social competence enhancement program for adolescent who have consignment alternative school are effective in improving self-efficacy, promoting social problem-solving, interpersonal relations changes. It is also an effective program to promote the level of self-efficacy, social problem-solving interpersonal relations of adolescent.
