고등학생이 지각한 부모와 교사의 성취 압력과 완벽주의가 학업소진에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 고등학생이 지각한 부모와 교사의 성취압력과 완벽주의, 학업소진 간의 관계를 살펴보고 독립변인이 종속변인인 학업소진에 미치는 예측력과 상대적 영향력을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산지역 인문계 고등학교 2곳에 재학 중인 2학년 학생 320명 대상으로 자료를 수집하여, 불성실하게 작성된 설문지를 제외하고 250부를 최종적으로 연구에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 Pearson 상관분석과 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 성취압력이 학업소진의 4개 하위요인 중 반감을 제외한 무능감, 탈진, 냉담에 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 교사의 성취압력은 학업소진 하위변인 모두와 정적상관관계를 나타냈다. 자기지향 완벽주의는 학업소진 하위영역 모두에 정적상관이 나타났으며 사회부과 완벽주의는 반감, 탈진을 제외한 무능감, 냉담에 정적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 교사성취압력과 부모성취압력의 하위변인인 시간관리, 완벽주의 하위변인 중 자기지향 완벽주의가 학업소진의 예측변인으로 나타났으며, 학업소진에 가장 많은 영향을 준 예측변인은 교사성취압력이었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The goal of this research was to observe the relationships between pressures of accomplishment from parents and teachers, academic burnout of high school students, and perfectionism, as well as to show the mediated effects of perfectionism. To do this, data was collected from 360 students of two grades from two humanities high schools in Busan. From this, 250 data sets were ultimately used for the purpose of this research. The collected data was summarized using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The summary of the research results is the following.
First, there were notable static correlations between parental pressures of accomplishment and, with the exception of hostility, three of the four subfactors of academic burnout (inadequacy, hostility, exhaustion, indifference). There were notable static correlations between pressures of accomplishment from teachers and all four aforementioned subfactors (inadequacy, hostility, exhaustion, indifference). Self-oriented perfectionism and academic burnout displayed static correlation; however, socially prescribed perfectionism did not display a correlation with the aforementioned subfactors, with the exception of indifference. Secondly, in the relationship between pressures of accomplishment from parents and teachers and academic burnout, self-oriented perfectionism was shown to be partially mediated. With these results, the significance and limitations of this research, as well as opportunities for further research, were discussed.
