혁신적 비즈니스모델 디자인을 위한 프레임워크와 디지털 도구 개발

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As the market environment changes drastically and entrepreneurial items continue to change according to customer needs, the importance of business model innovation continues to grow. In this situation, where creating innovative business models is the most important element of a start-up, systematic research on innovative business model design methodologies and digital tools for pre-founders and early founders is needed.
In this study, we propose an innovative business model design methodology for more efficient business model innovation design from the viewpoint that divergence and convergence work must be done efficiently for innovative ideas. To do this, we analyze the previous research results such as business model, business model innovation, innovative problem solving methodology based on design thinking, and development status of digital based ideation tools and propose a business model innovation design framework that combines the advantages and disadvantages of each. Based on this, we design a digital design tools that can be used more effectively in the current entrepreneurial education environment from the viewpoint of phased approach, visualization, and innovative thinking for practical application of business model innovation design framework. Finally, we develope a variety of insights that can be used to commercialize the Business Model Innovation Design Toolkit through the development of prototypes of business model innovation digital design tools and the usability verification process for actual users.
The business model innovation design framework and digital tools derived from this study can be utilized in various fields such as new business development that require creativity and business simulation that verify the business.
