고등학생이 지각한 사회적지지와 진로결정자기효능감의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과 = The Mediating Effects of Resilience in the Relationship between Social Support Perceived by High School Students and Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 고등학생이 지각한 사회적지지, 진로결정자기효능감 및 회복탄력성의 관계를 살펴보고, 사회적지지와 진로결정자기효능감의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 위하여 부산과 울산광역시, 그리고 경남지역의 일반계 고등학교에 재학 중인 남․여학생 총 500명을 대상으로 사회적지지, 진로결정자기효능감, 회복탄력성에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 배부한 설문지 중에서 불성실한 응답 및 누락된 답변이 포함된 설문지를 제외한 449부를 분석대상으로 사용하였다. 그리고 연구가설 검증을 위해 SPSS 21.0 프로그램으로 각 변인에 대한 기초통계와 상관분석을 실시하였으며, Mplus 7.0 프로그램으로 변인들 간의 관계를 나타내는 구조모형을 검증하였다. 마지막으로 매개효과의 유의성을 분석하기 위해 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping) 방법을 사용하였다.
본 연구를 통하여 밝혀진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 고등학생이 지각한 사회적지지, 진로결정자기효능감 및 회복탄력성의 관계에서 고등학생이 지각한 사회적지지는 진로결정자기효능감 및 회복탄력성과 유의한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 회복탄력성과 진로결정자기효능감도 유의한 정적상관관계로 나타났다.
둘째, 사회적지지와 진로결정자기효능감의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개 효과를 살펴보기 위하여 사회적지지가 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 효과와 회복탄력성을 통제한 후 사회적지지가 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 매개변인인 회복탄력성이 통제되었을 경우 사회적지지가 효과가 없는 것으로 보아 회복탄력성은 사회적지지와 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.
그 결과를 토대로 연구의 함의와 한계점을 논의하고 향후 연구 방향을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to confirm the mediating effects of the resilience in the relationship between the social support perceived by high school students and the career decision making self-efficacy.
The research conducted the survey on the social support, the career decision making self-efficacy, and the resilience scale by 449 students of high school in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam.
To verify the hypotheses of this research, SPSS 21.0 program was used for descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. Mplus 7.0 program was used to examine the structural equation model, and indirect effects were examined by bootstrapping.
The findings of this study were as follows.
First, the social support was correlated positively with the career decision making self-efficacy and the resilience in the correlating among them.
Second, the social support and the career decision making self-efficacy were mediated completely by the resilience.
The conclusion deduced from the results of this study as follows.
Social support perceived by high school students influences the career decision making self-efficacy indirectly rather than directly, by mediating the resilience.
Based on the there results, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed, and the future research directions were suggested.
