음악치료사와 음악치료 전공생의 자기효능감이 발달수준에 미치는 영향 : 사례개념화의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 음악치료사와 음악치료 전공생의 자기효능감이 발달수준에 미치는 영향에서 사례개념화의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이 설문조사는 음악치료사와 음악치료 전공생의 인구학적 특성, 음악치료사 자기효능감, 발달수준, 사례개념화 척도로 구성된 질문지이며, 전국의 음악치료사와 음악치료 전공생 115명의 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 Baron & Kenny(1986)의 매개 효과 통계 방법을 통해 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력과 학력은 자기효능감, 발달수준, 사례개념화에 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 음악치료사의 발달수준, 사례개념화, 자기효능감 간의 정적 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 발달수준을 유의하게 예측하였다. 넷째, 자기효능감은 사례개념화를 유의하게 예측하였다. 다섯째, 사례개념화는 발달수준을 유의하게 예측하였다. 마지막으로, 음악치료사와 음악치료 전공생의 자기효능감이 발달수준에 미치는 영향에 대해 사례개념화가 부분 매개역할을 하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 음악치료사의 발달수준에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고 나아가 음악치료사와 음악치료 전공생 발달수준을 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to review influential factors on developing professionalism of music therapists and music therapy students in South Korea and the relationship between the factors. This study collected the survey data based on self-efficacy on therapy intervention, case conceptualization skill and development level from 115 music therapists and music therapy students in South Korea through random sampling, and analysed the data based on regression analysis and verification of mediating effects depending on the progress suggested by Baron & Kenny (1986). The results from verification of the hypotheses are as follows: First, self-efficacy of music therapists and music therapy students on therapy intervention has influences on their development level. Second, case conceptualization skill is partially meditating the correlation between self-efficacy on the therapy intervention and development level of music therapists and students. The research results indicate that development of professionalism of music therapists and music therapy students can be facilitated by improving self-efficacy and case conceptualization skill on therapy intervention. Furthermore, it implicates that the supervisors are required to help the supervises in music therapy supervision to trust in and promote their therapy intervention and case conceptualization skills. This study holds significance as it identifies the elements to promote the development of music therapists and provide basic data to improve the level of development of music therapists.
