대학생의 불안정 애착과 우울의 관계에서 거부민감성과 정서표현양가성의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 불안정 애착과 거부민감성, 정서표현 양가성, 우울의 관계를 살펴보고, 불안정애착과 우울의 관계에서 거부민감성과 정서표현 양가성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기, 강원, 충북, 경남에 소재한 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 423명이었다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0와 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다.
연구결과에 따르면, 불안애착은 우울에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 불안애착과 우울 사이에서 거부민감성의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았고, 정서표현 양가성의 매개효과는 유의하였으며, 거부민감성과 정서표현 양가성의 이중매개효과도 유의하게 나타났다. 회피애착도 우울에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 회피애착과 우울 사이에서 거부민감성의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았고 정서표현 양가성의 매개효과는 유의하였으며 회피애착과 우울의 사이에서 거부민감성과 정서표현 양가성의 이중매개효과도 유의하게 나타났다. 끝으로 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among 4 mediating variables (Insecure Attachment, Rejection Sensitivity, Ambivalence Over Emotional Expression and Depression) and to verify the mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and ambivalence over emotional expression in the relationship between insecure attachment and depression in university students. The subjects of this research are 423 undergraduates taking a 4-year program at different universities located in the Seoul, Gyeong-gi Province, Kangweon Province, Chungbuk Province, Gyeongnam Province. For the statistical analysis SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs were used.
The results of this study showed that anxious attachment had an direct effect on depression. The mediating effect of rejection sensitivity in the relationship between anxious attachment and depression was not significant, the mediating effect of ambivalence over emotional expression was significant and the dual mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and ambivalence over emotional expression was significant. Also avoidant attachment had an direct effect on depression. The mediating effect of rejection sensitivity in the relationship between avoidant attachment and depression was not significant, the mediating effect of ambivalence over emotional expression was significant and the dual mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and ambivalence over emotional expression was significant. Finally, based on these findings, implications and limitation of the results were discussed.
