무용전공 대학생의 몰입경험이 자신감 및 학과적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 무용전공 대학생의 몰입경험이 자신감 및 학과적응에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 연구의 대상은 2015년도 현재 서울특별시, 경기도, 전라북도 지역의 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 학생들을 모집단으로 설정하였고, 표집방법은 편의표본추출법으로 하였으며, 조사도구는 설문지를 사용하여 회수된 306부의 설문지 중 응답이 불성실한 자료를 제외한 252부의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 window SPSS WIN Ver. 18.0을 활용하여, 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA), 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
첫째, 무용전공 대학생의 개인적 특성에 따른 몰입경험, 자신감, 학과적응의 차이검증 결과 몰입경험에 있어서는 학년의 경우 인지몰입에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 무용경력에서는 인지몰입과 행위몰입 모두 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 자신감에 있어서는 학년의 경우 내재적 자신감, 외형적 자신감 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 무용경력에 있어서는 내재적 자신감, 외형적 자신감 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 학과적응에 있어서는 학년의 경우 지도자, 학습, 생활에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 무용경력에 있어서는 동료, 생활적응에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 무용전공 대학생의 몰입경험이 자신감에 미치는 영향력을 검증한 결과, 인지몰입, 행위몰입 모두 내재적 자신감, 외형적 자신감에 통계적으로 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 무용전공 대학생의 몰입경험이 학과적응에 미치는 영향력을 검증한 결과, 인지몰입에서만 지도자, 학습, 동료, 생활적응에서 통계적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 무용전공 대학생의 자신감이 학과적응에 미치는 영향력을 검증한 결과, 내재적 자신감에서는 지도자적응에서 통계적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 외형적 자신감에서는 학습, 동료, 생활적응에서 통계적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of commitment experience on self-confidence and academic adjustment in dance major students. Students attending at 4 year university located in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Jeollabuk-do in 2015 were selected as a population, a convenience sampling method was applied as a sampling method, and finally 252 data were used for a final analysis out of 306 questionnaires, eliminating unfaithful questionnaires. one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were conducted, applying window SPSS WIN Ver. 18.0 for data process. The results were shown below.
First, based on the differences in the commitment experience, self-confidence and academic adjustment according to the individual characteristics of dance major university students, with regards to the commitment experience, there were significant differences in cognitive commitment in the case of the grades and in the dance careers, significant differences were observed in cognitive and behavioral commitment. In the case of self-confidence, there were statistically significant differences in internal and external confidence were observed with regards to the grades and in the dance careers, there were no statistically significant differences in internal and external confidence. In the case of the grades according to the academic adjustment, no significant differences were observed in directors, study, and life and in the dance career, there were significant differences in colleagues and life adjustment.
Second, based on the results of examining the effects of the commitment experience in dance major students on self-confidence, statistically positive effects on cognitive and behavioral commitment and internal and external confidence were observed.
Third, considering the results of the effects of the commitment experience in dance major students on the academic adjustment, only in cognitive commitment, statistically positive effects on directors, study, colleagues, and life adjustment were observed.
Fourth, based on the results of examining the effects of the self-confidence of dance major students on the academic adjustment, in the internal confidence, statistically positive effects were observed in director adjustment and with regards to the external confidence, statistically positive effects on study, colleagues, and life adjustment were observed.
