조선족 청소년의 부모애착과 사회불안이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 조선족 청소년의 부모애착이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 직접적 영향과 사회불안을 통한 간접적 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해, 중국의 연변조선족자치주와 심양시에 소재한 조선족 중학교 1, 2학년 학생 257명(남학생: 111명, 여학생: 146명)을 대상으로 질문지법을 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 부모애착은 Armsden과 Greenberg(1987)의 부모애착 및 또래애착 척도(Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment; IPPA)에 기초하여 Greenberg, Burke와 Mitchell(1991)가 개정한 것(IPPA-R)을 유성경, 박승리와 황매향(2010)이 초 · 중 · 고 학생을 대상으로 부모애착 문항만을 번안한 것을 사용하여 측정하였다. 청소년의 사회불안은 LaGreca와 Lopez(1998)의 청소년용 사회불안 척도(Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents; SAS-A)를 양재원, 양윤란과 오경자(2008)가 번안 · 타당화한 한국판 청소년용 사회불안 척도(K-SAS-A)를 사용하여 측정하였다. 주관적 안녕감에서 삶의 만족도 척도는 Diner, Emmons, Larsen과 Griffin(1985)이 제작한 삶의 만족도 척도를 류연지(1996)가 번안한 척도를 사용하여 측정하였으며, 정서 척도는 Watson, Clark와 Tellegen(1988)이 개발하고 이현희, 김은정과 이민규(2003)가 번안하고 배민영(2014)이 수정한 척도를 사용하여 측정하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석을 위해 SPSS 17.0 프로그램을 사용하여 t 검정 및 상관관계 분석을 실시하였고, AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 구조방정식 모형(Structural Equation Modeling; SEM)을 분석하였다.
본 연구의 연구문제에 따른 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 조선족 청소년의 부모애착이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 직접적인 영향과 관련하여, 부애착과 모애착은 모두 조선족 청소년의 주관적 안녕감에 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 조선족 청소년의 부애착 및 모애착이 높을수록 조선족 청소년의 주관적 안녕감은 높았다. 그 중, 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 상대적 영향력은 모애착이 부애착보다 높게 나타났다.
둘째, 조선족 청소년의 부모애착이 사회불안을 통해 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 간접적 영향과 관련하여 부애착과 모애착은 모두 사회불안을 통해 주관적 안녕감에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 조선족 청소년의 부애착 및 모애착이 높을수록 사회불안은 낮았고, 사회불안이 낮을수록 주관적 안녕감은 높았다.
본 연구는 가정적 요인인 부모애착과 개인 내적 요인인 사회불안이 조선족 청소년의 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향력을 하나의 모형에서 동시에 살펴봄으로써, 조선족 청소년의 주관적 안녕감을 높이기 위해서는 조선족 청소년은 아버지 및 어머니와의 안정적인 애착을 형성하는 것이 중요함을 확인하였다. 또한 조선족 청소년의 부모애착, 사회불안 및 주관적 안녕감 간의 구조적 관계를 밝혀내는 과정에서, 조선족 청소년의 가정적 요인인 부모애착 외에 개인 내적 요인인 사회불안이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향도 발견하였다. 본 연구결과는 주관적 안녕감이 낮은 조선족 청소년들의 상담과 지도를 포함하여, 주관적 안녕감을 증진시킬 수 있도록 돕기 위한 사회불안 감소 프로그램과 부모-자녀 간 의사소통을 증진시키는 프로그램의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The main purpose of this study was to examine direct and indirect effects of parental attachment and social anxiety on subjective well-being in Chinese-Korean adolescents. A total of 257 middle school students (111 boys and 146 girls) living YanBian Korean Autonomous Prefecture and Shenyang City in China responded to questionnaires, which included items related to parental attachment, social anxiety and subjective well-being. Data were analyzed by t-test, correlations and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) using SPSS 17.0 and Amos 21.0 program.
The primary results of this study were as follows:
First, the direct effect on the parental attachment to subjective well-being in Chinese-Korean adolescents, father attachment and mother attachment had a direct effect on subjective well-being. In other words, Chinese-Korean adolescents who perceived higher parental attachment showed higher levels of subjective well-being. Among them, mother attachment is higher than father attachment in the relative influence on subjective well-being.
Second, the indirect effect on the parental attachment on subjective well-being through social anxiety in Chinese-Korean adolescents, father attachment and mother attachment had an indirect effect on subjective well-being through social anxiety. In other words, the Chinese-Korean adolescents had high subjective well-being when they had more stable perception of father and mother attachment and less social anxiety.
In summary, the present study confirmed that both domestic environment and internal factors, including parental attachment and social anxiety, need to be considered together in explaining Chinese-Korean adolescents' subjective well-being. In addition, it was found that besides domestic environment factor of parental attachment, the internal factors of social anxiety also had effects on subjective well-being in Chinese-Korean adolescents. The results of this study, including counseling and guidance of Chinese-Korean adolescents who have low subjective well-being, can be used as the basis for program that designed to reduce social anxiety and promote communication between parents and child to improve the subjective well-being.
