대학생의 자원봉사활동 참여동기와 만족도 = Participant motivation and Satisfaction of Volunteer Activities of University Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to find the way that how
efficiently manage university students on analyzing affecting factors between participant motivation and satisfaction of university student's volunteer activity. To validate this, 200 university students conducted a survey using Park Hye-seong(2010)'s questionnaire for
participant motivation and Kim Min-hwan(2003)'s questionnaire to find out satisfaction. Selecting 164 people as a final example to picking out date and using 'SPSS WIN 21' program to analyze study. This work showed measurement tools reliability output and
the characteristics of each of the variables for the frequency
analysis and descriptive statistics. It is carried out with simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis so as to learn more effects between university student's participant motivation and
satisfaction. Therefore this study set the researching subjectsfollowing.
First, What are the differences depending on typical features of university student's participant motivation?
Second, What are the differences depending on background
variable of university student's participant satisfaction?
Third, How participant motivation of volunteer activity of
university students influenced satisfaction?
The results of this study were summarized as follows.
First, University students's participant motivation of volunteering statistically showed a significant effect to typical features. It was assayed that participation form through a students' association
enhances participant motivation of University student volunteer.
Second, There is a difference satisfaction of student's
volunteering according to background variable. Besides, students
who have experienced circle activity generally are likely to hold high participation and motivation of volunteering.
Lastly, The more students have strong motivation and positive attitude the more they have high satisfaction. It showed that satisfaction due to volunteering was high by providing positive and active motivation of volunteering. Therefore, By emphasizing
volunteering as part of regular events, not only student's volunteer activity would be strengthened but also satisfaction would be promoted too.
