대학생의 내현적 자기애와 대인관계문제에서 사회적 자기효능감의 매개효과 = The Mediating effect of Social Self-esteem on University Student’s Intrinsic Narcissism on Interpersonal Relationship

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 내현적 자기애와 대인관계 문제의 관계에서 사회적 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 부산, 울산, 대구, 경남에 소재한 4개의 대학교에 재학중인 남녀 대학생 575명을 대상으로 내현적 자기애 척도, 대인관계문제 척도, 사회적 자기효능감 척도를 사용하여 자기보고식 방법으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 20.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 변인간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 자기애와 대인관계문제 사이에서 사회적 자기효능감의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, Sobel Test로 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 내현적 자기애, 대인관계문제 및 사회적 자기효능감에 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 내현적 자기애는 대인관계에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 내현적 자기애는 사회적 자기효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학생의 사회적 자기효능감은 대인관계문제에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 대학생의 내현적 자기애와 대인관계문제의 관계에서 사회적 자기효능감은 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 대학생의 내현적 자기애와 대인관계문제의 관계에서 사회적 자기효능감의 매개변인을 고려함으로써 대인관계에 어려움을 겪고 있는 대학생 대상으로 하는 상담 장면에서 대인관계 문제문제 해결을 위해 내현적자기애 자체보다는 사회적 자기효능감의 수준을 높여주는 개입이 필요함을 이론적으로, 경험적으로 확인했다는 의의가 있다.
본 연구를 토대로 후속연구에서는 다른 대상으로 확장하여 검증해 보는 것도 필요하다. 특히 청소년은 또래관계 등의 대인관계문제가 많은 것으로 보고되고 있다. 대상을 변화시켜 사회적 자기효능감의 매개효과가 유의미한지 연구해 볼 필요가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of social self-esteem on the association between the university students' intrinsic narcissism and their interpersonal relationship problem.
For this study, questionnaires measuring overt narcissism, convert narcissism, interpersonal relationship problem and social self-efficacy were completed by 575 university students using self-report method in 4 universities in Busan, Ulsan, Daegu and Gyungnam province. The data collected in this study was analyzed using SPSS WIN 20.0 statistical program. Corelation was performed - Analysis to study the relationship among variables, Multiple Regression Analysis to study a mediating effect of the social self-efficacy and Sobel Test to verify the mediating effect.
The results of this study are as follows:
The first, it appeared to have a significant relationship among students' intrinsic narcissism, their interpersonal relationship problem on social self-efficacy. The second, the students' intrinsic narcissism affected on interpersonal relationship significantly. The third, the students' intrinsic narcissism affected on social efficacy. The fourth, the students’ social efficacy affected significantly on interpersonal relationship. The fifth, the social efficacy mediated partially on relationship between the students’ intrinsic narcissism and the interpersonal relationship.
Based on these results, the significance of this study as follows:
Students' Intrinsic Narcissism and interpersonal problems mediated the relationship between social self-efficacy variables by considering the difficulties in interpersonal counseling targeted to college students in the scene to solve interpersonal problems Intrinsic Narcissism of the problem itself, rather than the social self-efficacy interventions that increase the level of theory is required, meaning that there are empirically confirmed.
Based on this study, further research is required to look at other targets whether it is necessary to extend the validation. In particular, interpersonal relationships, such as youth peer relationships are reported to be problematic. The research in necessary whether the mediating effect of social self-efficacy is significant by changing research object.
