발달재활서비스의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 : 광주광역시와 전라도 지역 언어치료를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 광주광역시와 전라도 지역을 중심으로 장애아동 발달재활서비스 중 언어치료 이용 실태를 파악하여 이용 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 비교분석하고 개선방안을 제시함으로써 질 높은 서비스 제공과 만족도를 향상시키는데 도움이 되고자 하였다.
연구 목적을 위해 광주광역시와 전라도 지역을 중심으로 발달재활서비스 중 언어치료를 이용하는 보호자 264명을 조사하여 그 중 242부를 최종 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차의 기술통계 분석, 일원배치 분산분석(one-way ANOVA), 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 내렸다.
첫째, 발달재활서비스의 언어치료에 대한 전반적인 만족도에서 ‘만족한다’ 60.7%, ‘매우 만족한다’ 24.4%로 조사되었다.
발달재활서비스의 이용 접근성에서는 재활치료기관의 정보 제공과 아동에게 적합한 치료 정보의 제공이 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 발달재활서비스의 치료환경에서는 시설의 안전과 청결, 장소의 적절성, 치료 교구와 장비의 적절성, 보호자의 휴게 공간 등이 언어치료 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다.
발달재활서비스의 치료과정에서는 모든 요인이 언어치료 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 접수과정의 충분한 설명, 보호자 질문에 충분한 치료사의 설명, 치료 과정에 보호자 의견을 반영, 치료 내용과 치료 후 상담 등의 전 과정이 연계되어 있었고 치료사의 전문적 능력과 자질이 서비스 만족도에 가장 중요한 영향 요인이었다.
발달재활서비스 치료효과와 관련된 모든 요인이 언어치료 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 언어치료가 아동과 보호자에게 도움이 되었는지, 언어발달을 돕는 충분한 설명과 주위 사람들이 언어치료 후 아동이 긍정적으로 향상이 되었다고 하는지, 다른 이용자들도 언어치료 후 긍정적으로 향상을 보이고 있는지 등이 만족도에 영향을 미쳤다.
둘째, 발달재활서비스의 언어치료 만족도에서는 치료환경, 치료과정, 치료효과 등이 상관관계가 높았으며 그 중 치료효과가 만족도에 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 연구결과들을 토대로 후속 연구를 위한 다음과 같은 제언을 하고자 한다.
첫째, 본 연구는 광주광역시와 전라도 지역으로 제한하였기 때문에 연구결과를 일반화하는데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 지역적인 특성을 고려한 연구지표를 개발하여 실증분석 작업이 진행되어야 할 것이다.
둘째, 향후 발달재활서비스 제도의 개선을 위해서는 이용자의 서비스 체감이나 인식, 평가에 영향을 미치는 요인들과 서비스 제공기관의 특성 등에 대한 다양한 접근방식의 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study looked into the status of use of speech therapy in developmental rehabilitation services for children with disabilities in Gwangju and Jeolla Province, compared and analyzed the factors affecting satisfaction with the use of them and presented plans for improvements to help provide quality services and improve satisfaction.
For this purpose, this study conducted a survey with 264 guardians of children using speech therapy in developmental rehabilitation services in Gwangju and Jeolla Province and a final analysis of 242 copies. For data analysis, using SPSS 18.0 program, analysis of descriptive statistics of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out to draw the following conclusions.
First, for the overall satisfaction with speech therapy in developmental rehabilitation services, 60.7% responded that they were ‘satisfied’ and 24.4% responded that they were ‘very satisfied.’
Regarding accessibility to uses of developmental rehabilitation services, provision of information about rehabilitation therapy center and provision of information about appropriate treatment for the children had impacts on their guardians' satisfaction. In the treatment environment of developmental rehabilitation services, safety and cleanliness, the appropriateness of the place, the adequacy of treatment tools and equipment and a rest area for guardians had impacts on their satisfaction with speech therapy.
In the process of treatment of developmental rehabilitation services, all factors had impacts on satisfaction with speech therapy. The entire processes, including a full explanation in the reception process, the therapist's full explanation to the guardian's questions, the reflection of the guardian's opinion in the process of treatment, information about treatment and counseling after treatment were linked and the therapist's professional skills and qualities were the most important influence factors on their satisfaction with the services.
All factors related to the effect of treatment of developmental rehabilitation services had impacts on satisfaction with speech therapy. Whether the speech therapy was helpful for the children and their guardians, whether there was a full explanation helping language development, whether people surrounding them said that the children had positive improvement after the speech therapy and whether other users also showed positive improvement after the speech therapy had impacts on their satisfaction.
Second, there were high correlations among the environment, process and effect of treatment in satisfaction with speech therapy of developmental rehabilitation services, and the treatment effect had the most impact on satisfaction.

Based on the above results, this study would like to make the following suggestions:
First, since this study was limited to Gwangju and Jeolla Province, it is difficult to generalize the results of study. Thus, a research index considering regional characteristics should be developed and an empirical analysis should be operated.
Second, to improve the system for developmental rehabilitation services, in the future, studies from various approaches should be carried out on the factors affecting the user's experience and evaluation of the services and the service provider's characteristics.
