2007년, 2009년 개정교육과정의 전통음악 지도내용 비교 분석 연구 : 1, 2학년 개정교과서의 즐거운 생활을 중심으로 = The study on the Korean traditional music part of the 2007 and 2009 curriculum : Analses of the ‘Pleasant Life’ for the 1st and 2nd

국문 초록 (Abstract)

제7차 교육과정 개정을 통해 국악교육의 질적․양적 확대가 이루어 졌으며, 2007 개정교육과정 및 2009 개정교육과정이 발표가 되면서 이전의 교육과정에 비해 국악교육의 양적․질적 변화에 대한 의견들이 분분하다. 본 연구는 2013년 전면 시행되는 2009년 개정교육과정의 저학년 통합교과 안에서 국악지도 내용의 변화를 비교 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 제7차 교육과정과, 2007년 교육과정 속의 전통음악 관련 내용을 분석하여 2009 개정 교육과정에서 어떻게 변화되었는지 알아보았다. 현재 시험교과서로 운영하고 있는 실정에서는 교육과학기술부에서 제시한 교육내용만의 분석을 통해 비교할 수 밖에 없는 제한점을 가지고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 지도내용을 중심으로 전통음악관련 지도내용의 비율 및 학습난이도 등에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 제7차 교육과정의 부분수정으로 이루어진 2007년 개정교육과정은 상위 교육목표 및 교과목표는 변화된 것이 없었지만 그 방법적인 측면에서, 학습내용의 감축의 폭이 크게 이루어졌다.
둘째, 2007년 개정교육과정과 2009년 개정교육과정의 ‘즐거운 생활’의 비교 결과, 대주제와 활동주제를 명기한 2007년 개정교육과정에 비해, 2009년 개정교육과정에서는 성취기준을 제시하여 학교와 교사들의 학습내용을 구성하도록 자율권을 부여했다고 할 수 있다.
셋째, 제7차 교육과정의 연장선상에 있는 2007년, 2009년 개정교육과정의 ‘즐거운 생활’의 전통음악 지도내용은 양적인면에서 큰 폭의 감소와 질적인 면에서의 한계를 여전히 가지고 있으며, ‘초등학교 1,2학년 학생이 창의적인 표현 능력을 지닌 건강한 사람으로 자라도록 돕는 데 둔다.’는 ‘즐거운 생활’과의 목표를 달성하는데 한계가 있다.
교육과정의 개정은 보다 발전적인 방향에서 이루어져야 한다. 일선의 교사들은 개정교육과정을 통해 전통음악 지도내용이나 질적인 면에서 오히려 퇴보하고 있다고 생각을 하고 있다. 학생들이 배울 수 있는 환경을 만들려는 노력도 하지 않으면서 교육 수요자들이 싫어한다는 이유만으로, 일선 교사들이 지도하기 힘들다고 표현하는 불만 때문에, 그렇다고 제대로 가르칠 수 있는 전문적인 교사도 제대로 양성하지 못하는 실정에서는 우리 문화에 대해 이해하고 문화를 향유하는 올바른 태도를 기를 수는 없다.
이에 학교나 교사에게 모든 책임을 떠넘길 것이 아니라 보편적인 문화로서 즐길 수 있는 전통음악을 만들기 위해, 교육과정 개정을 통해 실질적인 질적·양적 확대를 위한 노력이 필요하다.

Korea traditional music education, the amount of content I analyze everything. As a result, the following conclusions were obtained.
First, The 2007 curriculum, educational objectives and course objectives can not find different thing, compared it with The 7th Curriculum, but decreased the amount of learning content.
Second, 2007 curriculum and comparing the results of the 2009 'Pleasant Life' curriculum, High topics and activities subject to the 2007 curriculum was recorded.
but In the 2009 curriculum, granted autonomy to schools and teachers by Achievement standards presented.
Third, The extension of the 7th National Curriculum in 2007, 2009 curriculum 'pleasant life' of Korean traditional music education information, It was much reduced in quantity and has limitations in quality. It can not achieve the goal. 'Elementary School students placed in helping to grow a healthy person with a creative ability to express.'

Revision of the curriculum should be evolutionary. Many teachers think that the quality of korean traditional music curriculum is rather degenerate, Through the revised curriculum. Education that consumers do not like, hard teaching, and It is not exist Professional teacher just because, We don't give chance for students, environment in which students can learn. Now, Efforts are needed for making traditional music students enjoy universal.
