1. Conclusion
In this study, more than 30 percent body fat in obese middle-aged female subjects performed 12 weeks and body composition in jazz dance programs, health-related physical fitness, to investigate the effects on blood lipids, according to a study to research the following conclusions were obtained.
1) In body composition, body weight and body fat after the jazz program participation there were significant differences (p <.001).
2) Changes in health-related fitness in the back strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility in the (p <.001), cardiovascular endurance (p <.05) were significantly different.
3) Changes in blood lipids and cholesterol in the jazz program participation (p <.05), triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (p <.001) were significantly different from.
2. A suggestion
12 weeks of the regular jazz program for metabolic syndrome in obese middle-aged women to prevent weight, is effective in reducing body fat, and muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and brought the improvement of health, obesity and cardiovascular disease prevention to improve the risk of developing a useful program that can be confirmed. However, in this study jazz dance program for middle-aged women somewhat difficult to follow eoryeowoona anyone can participate in regular ongoing jazz program development are needed.
