사회복지현장실습이 사회복지실천능력 및 정체성 형성에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Social Work Practicum on Competence for Social Work Practice and Identity Formation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사회복지현장실습이 사회복지실천능력 및 정체성 형성 향상에 미치는 정도와 사회복지실천능력 및 정체성 형성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석해 본 후, 사회복지현장실습 개선에 도움을 줄 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보고자 했다.
본 연구를 통해서 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
사회복지실천능력 및 정체성 형성 전후검사 차이분석 결과, 실천능력의 전문성, 자원활용능력, 자아정체성, 진로결정에서 모두 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
다중회귀분석을 통한 사회복지실천능력 및 정체성 형성 영향요인 분석결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 실천능력의 전문성의 경우 남학생이 여학생보다, 실습태도가 충실할수록, 실습기관 환경이 좋을수록, 실습내용이 적절할수록 실천능력의 전문성이 높아지며, 아동 관련 복지시설 실습생이 (종합)사회복지관 실습생보다 실천능력의 전문성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 자원활용능력의 경우 실습에 대한 사전준비를 잘 할수록, 사회복지전공 만족도가 높을수록, 실습태도가 충실할수록, 지도교수 만족도가 높을수록, 실습기관 환경이 좋을수록, 슈퍼비전 만족도가 높을수록 자원활용능력이 높아지며, 장애인복지기관 및 시설과 아동 관련 복지시설 실습생이 (종합)사회복지관 실습생보다 자원활용능력이 낮은 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 자아정체성의 경우 남학생이 여학생보다, 사회복지전공 만족도가 높을수록, 실습태도가 충실할수록, 실습내용이 적절할수록 자아정체성이 높아지며, 아동 관련 복지시설 실습생이 (종합)사회복지관 실습생보다 자아정체성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 진로결정의 경우 남학생이 여학생보다, 사회복지전공 만족도가 높을수록, 실습내용이 적절할수록 진로결정 수준이 높아지며, 아동 관련 복지시설 실습생이 (종합)사회복지관 실습생보다 진로결정 수준이 낮은 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지현장실습의 개선에 도움이 될 수 있는 제언을 제시하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 실습생은 실습에 대한 사전준비를 철저히 하고, 실습에 충실히 임하는 태도를 갖추어야 하며, 사회복지전공 만족수준의 정도를 점검하고 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 고려해 볼 필요가 있고 둘째, 학교의 실습지도교수는 학생들이 실습을 잘 수행할 수 있도록 실습오리엔테이션(실습사전교육)을 전문성 있게 실시해야 하고, 실습기간 중 학생들이 실습을 효과적?효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 관심과 배려를 가져야 할 것이며 셋째, 실습기관은 효과적인 실습을 제공하기 위해 실습기관 환경, 실습내용의 적절성, 슈퍼비전에 대해 심도 있는 준비를 해야 하고 넷째, 아동 관련 복지시설과 장애인복지관 및 시설, 특히 아동 관련 복지시설은 현장실습의 질을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is for help to improve social work practicum, analyzing how much social work practicum has an effect on improvement in competence for social work practice and identity formation and what factors influence on them.
The results of this study are summarized as followings.
The results of pre and post tests variance analysis for competence for social work practice and identity formation showed that expertise in practical competence, competence for resources mobilization, self identity, career decision have significant differences.
The results of multiple regression analysis the factors influencing on competence for social work practice and identity formation are summarized as followings.
First, in terms of expertise in practical competence, male students are better than female students, the more their practicum attitude is faithful, the better environment of agencies is, and the more practicum information is proper, the higher they gets expertise in practical competence. And trainees in child-related welfare agencies are poorer than in social welfare agencies.
Second, in terms of competence for resources mobilization, the more trainees prepare in advance on social work practicum, the higher social work major satisfaction is, the more their practicum attitude is faithful, the higher satisfaction on school supervisor is, the better environment of agencies is, the higher satisfaction on supervisor is, the higher they gets competence for resources mobilization. And trainees in disabled welfare agencies and child-related welfare agency poorer than social welfare agencies.
Third, in terms of self identity, male students are better than female students, the higher social work major satisfaction is, the more their practicum attitude is faithful, the more practice information is proper, the more they gets high the level of self identity. And trainees in child-related welfare agencies poorer than social welfare agencies.
Fourth, in the terms of career decision, male students are better than female students, the higher social work major satisfaction is, the more practicum information is proper, the more they gets high the level of career decision. And trainees in child-related welfare agencies poorer than social welfare agencies.
On the basis of the study result, this study presents suggests as followings, helpful to improvement of social work practicum.
First, trainees should make thorough preparations for social work practicum in advance, take a faithful attitude, check how satisfy with social work majors, and try to improve it. Second, school supervisors should pay attention and care of trainees to conduct social work practicum effectively and efficiently. Third, agencies should prepare proper environment of training agencies, practicum information, and supervision to effectively offer social work practicum. Fourth, child-related welfare agencies, disabled welfare agencies, and especially child-related welfare agencies should try to find ways to enhance the quality of social work practicum.
