화성재인청 이동안 춤의 예술적, 미학적 가치

Hwaseong talent office, a government office responsible for folk art and entertainment lost its role as it was forced to be closed during Japanese colonial rule. Lee, Dong-an is a person who has preserved and handed down Korean traditional art while studying a variety of folk art under traditional entertainers in Hwaseong talent office. When it comes to Korean dance art history, he is the person who has kept the spirit called Hwaseong talent office school series. The purpose of this study is to help Lee, Dong-an’s dance art and tradition and development by examining the aesthetic value focusing on Seungmu (a Buddhist dance), Salpurichum and Sinkaldaesin Dance which are Lee, Dong-an’s dance art works and Lee, Dong-an’s artistic value with significant value in Korean Dance History and carried out through the approach of Literature Research based on historical empirical data.
The artistic and aesthetic values of Lee, Dong-an’s dance revealed as the research findings are as follows. Artistic values have traditionality of talent office school dance and dancing close on original form and professional and have background stories and most of the male dances and closely related to Gyoengi-do Danggut and non-artificial natural movement expression and restrained beauty and rigidity as well as gestures of excitement and spirit coming out from the nature of Koreans and have characteristic values keeping the style of rest in motion of our dance.
As aesthetic values, there is unique architectonic beauty in the background story of Seungmu and soft curvaceousness in music (rhythm) and grivous sentiment, beauty and marginal beauty of rest in motion in dance style and colors are harmonized while creating the aesthetic of dancers in clothes.
The aesthetics of tragic emotion and sublimity in the background story of Salpurichum, ‘Puri’ form according to the rhythm in music (rhythm) and dance style lead to the beauty of sublime beauty, mental beauty of reciting through the physical beauty of Yanggang and there are the spirit of heartburnings and emotions of Korea expressed as white in clothes. The background story of Sinkaldaesin Dance has architectonic beauty and Sinkaldaesin Dance is dance filled with sad and heartburning mystery accompanying accompaniment and oral sounds in music (rhythm) and dance style has stylish formal beauty with non-artificial natural beauty and clothes increase the value of works based on symbolism of meaning and innocence expressed as white.
It was found that due to the background not shown in other schools, the story of Hwaseong talent office school Lee, Dong-an’s dance had a great effect on dance formation and that is, there is talent office school’s own beauty of the unique structure and connectivity in dance style and formation of music (rhythm) based on the background story. Also, unlike other schools, the formal beauty including clothes has been formed and handed down by professional dancers of talent office school.
