대학생이 지각한 부모양육태도, 정서지능이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Undergraduates' Perceived Parents' Rearing Attitude and Emotional Intelligence on Interpersonal Problems

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생이 지각한 부모양육태도, 정서지능이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 우리나라 중부권, 남부권에 소재한 3개 대학교에 재학 중인 남녀 대학생 316명을 대상으로 부모양육태도척도(PBI), 정서지능척도(EI), 대인관계문제척도(KIIP)로 자료를 수집하고, Cronbach α를 이용한 신뢰도 검사, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석 그리고 위계적 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다.
연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생이 지각한 모과보호, 부과보호 순으로 대인관계문제에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서지능의 하위변인인 정서표현, 정서조절 순으로 대인관계문제에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정서지능이 대인관계문제의 하위영역 전체에서 설명력이 증가하는 것으로 나타나 대인관계문제에 정서지능이 영향력 있는 예측변인임을 확인하였다. 그리고 지각한 부모양육태도와 정서지능의 하위요인 중에 대인관계문제의 거의 모든 하위영역에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인이 정서표현으로 나타났다.
즉, 정서지능이 대학생이 지각한 부모의 양육태도의 영향력을 제외하고서라도 대인관계문제에 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사한다.
끝으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research was conducted to verify the influence of undergraduates' perceived parents' rearing attitude and emotional intelligence on interpersonal problems. To achieve this, conducting a survey of 316 male and female undergraduates' in universities located in southern and central region of Korea, the data is collected by Parent Bonding Instrument(PBI) and Korea Inventory of Interpersonal Problems(KIIP) and it is analyzed by using credibility examination utilizing Cronbach α, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis.
The result of the research is summarized as follows. Firstly, in the order of maternal overprotection and paternal overprotection perceived The result of the research is summarized as follows. Firstly, in the order of maternal overprotection and paternal overprotection perceived by the undergraduates, they have an influence on interpersonal problems. Maternal overprotection has a greater influence on interpersonal problems than paternal overprotection. Secondly, in the order of emotional expression and emotional regulation which are under factors of emotional intelligence, they have an influence on interpersonal problems. Emotional expression has a greater influence on interpersonal problems than emotional regulation.
Thirdly, it is verified that emotional intelligence is an influential prediction factor because it is showed that explanation ability of emotional intelligence increases in whole sub scope of interpersonal problems. Also it is showed that among the sub factors of a parents' rearing attitude perceived by undergraduates and emotional intelligence, the most influential factor which influences almost every subordinate scope of interpersonal problems is emotional expression.
That is, it suggests that emotional intelligence has an influence on interpersonal problems even when the influence of parents' rearing attitude perceived by undergraduates is excluded.
Lastly, a proposal for a limitation of this research and a follow-up research is discussed.
