ADHD 청소년의 정서조절을 위한 미술치료 프로그램 개발 = (The) development on art therapy program for emotional regulation of adolescents with ADHD

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애(이하 ADHD) 청소년들에 대한 정서적 지원을 위해 효과적으로 개입할 수 있는 구조화된 미술치료 프로그램을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. ADHD 청소년의 정서조절을 위한 미술치료 프로그램은 조사연구와 프로그램 개발연구의 두 단계를 통하여 문헌연구 및 실태조사와 요구분석을 바탕으로 총 16회기에 이르는 구조화된 개별 프로그램 형태로 개발하였다.
조사연구에서는 먼저 국내외 문헌 조사를 통해 ADHD 청소년의 정서적 특성을 살펴보고 정서조절능력이 ADHD 청소년의 정신건강과 관련된 핵심 요인으로 보았다. 문헌 조사 결과를 토대로 ADHD 청소년의 정서적 실태를 파악하고 프로그램에 대한 요구를 분석하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 CASS(S), YSR, 정서조절능력척도와 프로그램에 대한 요구로 이루어진 설문지를 사용하여 수도권의 중·고등학생 540명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 최종 503명의 자료를 수집하여 ADHD 청소년 (165명)과 일반 청소년(338명)의 ADHD 특성, 정서 및 행동 특성을 비교 분석하고 프로그램에 대한 요구를 파악하였다. 또한 ADHD 청소년의 ADHD 특성, 정서조절능력과 문제행동(내재화와 외현화)의 상관관계 및 인과관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 ADHD 청소년과 일반 청소년 간의 특성이 모든 영역에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 또한 ADHD 특성, 정서조절능력, 문제행동(내재화와 외현화)은 서로 밀접한 관계가 있으며, ADHD 특성과 정서조절능력은 특히 외현화에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 요구조사 결과 정서조절을 위한 정서관련 프로그램에 대한 요구가 가장 높게 나타났다.
이와 같은 조사연구 결과들을 바탕으로 내용을 구성하여 예비 프로그램을 개발하였으며 전문가 3인의 타당도 검증을 통해 프로그램을 수정, 보완하여 최종 프로그램을 개발하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop structured art therapy program that can be intervened effectively to the adolescents with ADHD. The art therapy program for emotional regulation of adolescents with ADHD has been developed through two stages of development research on research study program that consists of 16 sessions of structured individual program based on literature investigation research, actual condition survey and requirement analysis.
It was found in lot of domestic and foreign studies suggest that the emotional regulation is the key factor to the emotional character and mental health of adolescents with ADHD. Based on this, a survey was conducted to find the actual emotional situation of adolescents with ADHD and to get the requirements for the program. The questionnaire consists of CASS(S), YSR, the scale of emotional regulation capability, and the requirements of the program targeting the students of the middle schools and high schools in Seoul area. 503 students replied out of 540 questioned students. Based on the result, characteristics of ADHD and characteristics of emotions and behaviors of ADHD adolescent group(165 students) and normal adolescent group(338 students) were compared and analyzed to understand the requirements of the program. Also, the correlation and the causation were analyzed between the characteristics of ADHD of ADHD adolescents, the emotional control ability and the problematic behavior (internal and external). The result showed that there are high correlation on every fields of characteristics between ADHD adolescents and normal adolescents. The characteristics of ADHD, the emotional control ability and the problematic behavior (internal and external) have intimate relation and it was shown that especially ADHD and emotional control ability influence externalizing. Also, the program related to emotion for emotional regulation was most required. A program was designed to meet all the requirements above. The contents validity was tested by three experts and was enhanced to develop a final program.
