육군의 적응교육 프로그램 효과성에 관한 연구 : 그린캠프·비전캠프를 중심으로 = Research of the effects of the adapting education programs for who needs military adjustment soldier

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

When most young men in our country reach a certain age he leaves from the environment he used to lived and land up in an another society called ‘military’ In the military society there are several strict rules that they have to follow. They also often faces isolation from their family and society. Because of these things like family, environmental, and personal trouble causes, soldiers who are serving military duty might have problem with adaption.

The meaning of a soldier’s military adjustment is that a soldier cannot revert in military society. Only military adjustment is limited by small groups of soldiers, but it could develop individual problem to various problem such as suicide, desertion from military services, shooting accident, and distrust of the army or their fighting spirit which might bring decrease of military strength. So for all soldiers, it is important to satisfy and sustain their desires and dignity to make their life more harmonical through the adapting education program. This research shows effect&factors of military adjustment based and objected on military adjustment soldiers. It will suggest developments and effects by analyzing adapting education program and relationship with soldiers who needs help.
