대학생의 이성관계에서 불안정 성인애착이 친밀감 두려움에 미치는 영향 : 거부민감성과 자기노출의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 성인초기 대학생의 이성관계에서 불안정 성인애착이 친밀감 두려움에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이에 불안정 성인애착을 불안애착, 회피애착으로 나누어 각각 친밀감 두려움에 미치는 직접영향과 불안애착과 친밀감 두려움, 회피애착과 친밀감 두려움 사이에 매개변인을 통한 간접영향을 탐색하는 연구모형을 설정하였다. 잠재적인 매개변인으로는 거부민감성과 자기노출을 설정하였다. 연구를 위해 성인초기의 이성교제 경험이 있는 대학생 461명의 설문지를 자료분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석에는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석, 구조방정식 모형검증을 실시하였다.
연구 결과, 연구모형이 양호한 적합도를 보여 본 연구모형이 변인들 간의 관계를 잘 설명하고 있음을 확인하였다. 불안애착은 친밀감 두려움에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 잠재적인 매개변인들의 효과를 살펴본 결과, 불안애착과 친밀감 두려움 사이에서 거부민감성의 매개효과는 유의하였고, 자기노출의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았으며, 거부민감성과 자기노출의 이중매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 또한 매개변인을 함께 투입한 모형에서 불안애착이 친밀감 두려움에 미치는 직접효과가 유의하지 않아 거부민감성의 매개효과와, 거부민감성과 자기노출의 이중매개효과가 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 회피애착은 친밀감 두려움에 직접적인 정적영향과 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 잠재적 매개변인들의 효과를 살펴본 결과. 회피애착과 친밀감 두려움 사이에서 거부민감성의 매개효과가 유의하였고, 자기노출의 매개효과도 유의하였다. 또한 회피애착과 친밀감 두려움 사이에서 거부민감성과 자기노출의 이중매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구가 지니는 의의와 한계점을 논의하고 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this is to analyze the effect of insecure adult attachment on fear of intimacy in the romantic relationship of early adulthood. Thus, a study model was set to divide insecure adult attachment to anxious attachment and avoidant attachment and explore a direct effect on fear of intimacy and an indirect effect through mediating variable between anxious attachment, fear of intimacy, and avoidant attachment, fear of intimacy. As potential mediating variables, rejection sensitivity and self-disclosure were set. For this study, the questionnaire survey sheets of 461 university students experiencing in romantic relationship were used for data analysis. The data analyses included technical statistics analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation model verification using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0.
The study results confirmed that the study model showed a good suitability, so this study model explains the relation between variables. Anxious attachment had an indirect effect on fear of intimacy. The result of exploring potential mediating variables showed that the rejection sensitivity was significant between anxious attachment, fear of intimacy, the mediating effect of self-disclosure was not significant and the dual mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and self-disclosure was significant. Also in the model input with mediating variables, the direct effect of anxious attachment on fear of intimacy was not significant, so the mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and the dual mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and self-disclosure had a full mediating effect. Avoidant attachment had an direct positive effect and indirect effect on fear of intimacy. The result of potential mediating effects showed that the mediating effect of rejection sensitivity between avoidant attachment, fear of intimacy was significant and the mediating effect of self-disclosure was significant as well. Also between avoidant attachment, fear of intimacy, the dual mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and self-disclosure was significant. Finally, this study discussed its own significance and limit and presented future study.
