Social Commerce is one of the advantages of e-commerce Social Media.
Since, Andrew Mason developed the first social commerce 'Groupon', which was successfully made by him in 2008, many social commerce sites and new distribution systems were appeared in our society.
Social Commerce has been grown over 200% month by month. As a result, It took only 8months to develop over 22.8billion market place, and less than an year, the income has increased a lot in social commerce.
Social commerce usually makes consumers to advertise the product. For example, they spread the product information to other consumers through the social network. In addition, food service industry uses social commerce a lot.
Since today, the marketing focused on and off-line, however, online marketing takes large part in marketing now.
Food service industry started using social commerce, because it doesn't charge much as other marketing strategies.
Analysis using SPSS 18.0 questionnaire are as follows. Ease of attributes, site stability, low cost, interactivity, fun and enjoyment properties appeared to positively affect the predictors. On the other hand, site stability and interactivity the hypotheses were rejected repurchase in factors.
At the conclusion, cutomer satisfaction affects on repurchase intention.
Based on this study, social commerce supplier has to manage factors significantly affecting social commerce purchasing factors food service products to buy very well.
Through this study, each of social commerce purchasing factor of toxic elements that can lead to customer satisfaction, set theory and research on social commerce through the establishment of a differentiated marketing
strategy is presented, along with customer satisfaction and repurchase intent to increase, the result of the rise of performance and profit is that you can achieve.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근에 사용되는 소셜 커머스 라는 용어의 개념은 “소셜 미디어 (Social media)를 활용하는 전자 상거래의 일종이다.
2008년 미국 시카고 앤드루 메이슨(Andrew Mason)이 창업한 세계 최초·최대의 소셜 커머스 그루폰(Groupon)의 성공 이후 수많은 소셜 커머스 사이트가 대거 등장 소셜 커머스 라는 새로운 유통 구조가 다양한 산업으로 발전· 확장되고 있다.
소셜 커머스는 매월 200% 이상의 급속한 성장을 보이며 8개월간 228억 이상의 시장규모를 형성하였다. 국내 소셜 커머스 시장이 1년도 채 되지 않았음을 고려할 때 매출 또한 매우 급격하게 증가한 것을 볼 수 있다.
소셜 커머스 소비자가 소셜 네트워크를 통해 상품의 정보를 다른 사람에게 퍼뜨리는 역할을 하므로 홍보에 대한 소비자의 기여도가 높아지고 있다. 소셜 커머스의 시장이 급속도로 발전함에 외식산업 또한 새로운 시장으로 소셜 커머스를 활용 그동안 온·오프라인을 통해 중점적으로 이뤄졌던 마케팅 활동을 온라인으로 확장시켜 진행할 수 있다는 장점과 별도의 투자비용 없이 온라인상에서 지역별 매장에 고객을 유치할 수 있다는 점 때문에 외식 업계 에서도 많은 진출을 하는 추세이다.
본 연구는 소셜 커머스 구매 요인이 고객만족, 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구로 구매요인 다섯 가지를 선행연구를 바탕으로 편리성, 안정성, 가격 경제성, 상호작용성, 유희성으로 선별 연구 가설은 선행논문을 바탕으로 작성하였으며 설문지 대상자는 소셜 커머스 외식 상품 구매 대상자를 조사 SPSS 18.0 설문지를 사용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다.
구매요인 편리성, 안정성, 가격 경제성, 상호작용성, 유희성은 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 편리성, 안정성, 가격 경제성, 상호작용성, 유희성 중 안정성, 상호작용성은 재구매 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 가설은 기각되었다.
마지막으로 고객만족은 재구매 의도에 영향을 미친다는 가설은 채택 되었습니다.
따라서 본 논문을 바탕으로 소셜 커머스 업체는 외식상품 구매에 유의한 영향을 끼치는 소셜 커머스 구매요인 특성요인을 잘 관리 할 필요성이 있다. 또한 소셜 커머스 외식 상품 마케팅에 효율적인 방안을 제시 소셜 커머스 외식 상품 판매 업체의 기초자료를 제공 하고자 하며 연구결과를 통하여 소셜 커머스의 각 중요 구매요인 중 고객만족을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 요소에 대한 가설설정 및 연구결과를 통하여 소셜 커머스의 차별화된 마케팅 전략의 수립을 제시함과 더불어 고객만족과 재구매 의도를 증가시켜, 성과 및 수익의 상승 결과를 유도해야 할 것이다.
