보육교사의 개인적 자질과 직무만족도가 보육교사-영아와의 애착에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대안 애착자로서 보육교사의 중요성이 부각되면서 애착관계 형성에 있어서 보육교사의 개인적 자질 및 직무만족도가 어떻게 영아와의 애착형성과 관련이 있는지를 알아보는데 그 목적을 두고자 한다. 연구대상은 경기도의 보육시설에 현재 근무하고 있는 보육교사 178명을 대상으로 하였으며 보육시설의 보육교사를 대상으로 보육교사의 개인적 자질 평가척도 설문지와 교사에 대한 영유아 애착척도 설문지와 직무 만족도 평가척도 설문지를 연구도구로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석하기 위해서 빈도 분석, t분석 및 일원변량분석, 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 보육교사의 배경 변인에 따른 개인적 자질의 차이를 알아본 결과 보육교사의 결혼 유무와 학력이 높을수록 개인적 자질이 높게 나타났다. 둘째. 보육교사의 배경 변인에 따른 직무만족도의 차이를 알아본 결과 고졸집단의 만족도가 가장 높았으며 전문대졸, 대졸 이상은 동등하게 나타났다. 셋째. 보육교사의 배경 변인에 따른 애착의 차이를 알아본 결과 보육교사의 연령변인이 영아와의 애착이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째. 보육교사의 개인적 자질이 영아-교사간 애착에 미치는 영향의 차이에서는 보육교사의 개인적 자질이 높을수록 보육교사와 영아와의 애착이 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 다섯째. 보육교사의 직무만족도과 영아-교사간 애착에 미치는 영향의 차이를 알아본 결과 보육교사의 직무만족도와 애착간에는 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 관계가 나타나지 않았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between child care teachers' personal quality and job satisfaction and the formation of infants' attachment, because the importance of child care teachers was highlighted as one of the main attachment person.
The data were collected from 178 child care teachers working in child care institutions in Kyungi-do. Three sets of questionnaires were carried out : Personal Quality Scale, Infant's Attachment to Teachers, and Job Satisfaction. Frequency, t-test, ANOVA, and simple regression analysis was performed for data analysis.
The results of this study are summarized as followings:
First, in the relationship between teacher's general backgrounds and the personal qualities, the personal quality was high when they were married and when they had higher level of education.
Second, in the relationship between teacher's general backgrounds and the job satisfaction, the job satisfaction of the teacher group with high-school graduation was highest and 2-year college degree and university degree teachers were the same.
Third, in the relationship between teacher's general backgrounds and the attachment, the teacher's age was highly related to infant attachment.
Fourth, in the relationship between teacher's qualities and the infant-teacher attachment, the attachment was high as the teacher's quality was high.
Fifth, the relationship between the job satisfaction of teachers and infant-teacher attachment was not significant.
