간호대학생의 죽음교육 프로그램 개발 = Development of nursing students death education program

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to based on the ADDIE model develop an death education program for nursing students consider understanding about death and the meaning of life.
The death education program has been developed sequentially through ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) steps. Each analysis step had a circular process that corrects the program with contant reviews and formative evaluation.
First step in the pre-survey analysis to patients who are facing the death of Nursing Students experience training needs interview, Nursing Student Death education need, Death Education Survey educational content strategy, design and configuration, death education at home and abroad through a review of the literature was conducted for the draft was written.
In the design phase, the structure of a death education program in accordance with the training topics and training to design and refine the instructional design. Understanding about death, dying patients and family needs, communicate with dying patients a variety of approaches for nursing, the role of experts, and death 5 session topics were selected.
Expert validity after of development stage the attitude about the death of one session, two sessions and end-of-life care and family needs, a variety of approaches (Case Management) as the subject of three sessions, communicating with dying patients for death care, bereavement Family Nursing, 5 sessions sub content configure the program to develop a preliminary investigation was conducted to develop the final program. Implementation phase, Nursing Student study group 27 patients, 26 in the control group to a five session program each time 150 minutes were conducted.
In the evaluation phase, the meaning of life, the results of the verification program effectiveness showed a statistically significant difference in attitude toward death and end-of-life care attitude no significant differences did not.
Form the results, this study ADDIE model through a systematic development process based on the development and execution of the nursing education programs college student's death had higher educational content and appropriateness of teaching methods, the effect on the meaning of life was assessed.
