도시공원에 대한 이용자의 IPA평가와 개선방안 : 공원별 특성을 중심으로 = For users in the city park IPA Assessment and Improvement

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 공원별 IPA 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도시공원 이용자의 11개 항목에 대해서는 중요도에 비해서 모든 영역에서 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 응답자의 인지도도 낮고 만족도 역시 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 부산도시공원에서 제공되고 있는 프로그램의 충분성, 다양성, 포괄성 측면에서 선진사례에 비해서 열악한 상황이나 이에 대한 개선의 필요성을 인지하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다 셋째, 집중관리영역으로 편의시설, 휴게시설, 주차장등의 영역이 공통적으로 도출되었다. 이는 아직까지 공원을 하나의 오픈스페이스로서 무료로 이용할 수 있는 공간이라는 인식에 기인한다고 볼 수 있다. 유료시설이 많은 공원일수록 이러한 결과들이 도출되는 것으로 나타났다.
앞으로 각 기존 개별공원에 대한 공원복지의 이용자의 복지향상과 효과적인 유지 관리를 위해서는 지속적 욕구반영 시스템 구축 그리고 시민참여를 동인할 수 있는 프로그램 구성에 대한 연구가 추가적으로 진행되어야 될 것이다
