진로교육 프로그램이 문제행동 청소년의 진로의식에 미치는 효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 문제행동 청소년을 위한 진로교육 프로그램이 진로의식 향상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다.
연구문제는 문제행동 청소년을 위한 진로교육 프로그램은 진로의식 향상에 효과가 있는가? 로 설정하였고, 그에 따른 하위요인은 첫째, 진로교육 프로그램은 진로의식의 하위요인인 결정성 요소에 어떤 효과가 있는가? 둘째, 진로교육 프로그램은 진로의식의 하위요인인 관여성 요소에 어떤 효과가 있는가? 셋째, 진로교육 프로그램은 진로의식의 하위요인인 독립성 요소에 어떤 효과가 있는가? 넷째, 진로교육 프로그램은 진로의식의 하위요인인 성향 요소에 어떤 효과가 있는가? 로 설정하였다. 연구문제를 검증하기 위하여 충남 홍성군 소재 J중학교에 재학 중인 중학교 3학년 실험집단 남학생 (20명)과 같은 지역 H중학교에 재학 중인 중학교 3학년 통제집단 남학생 (20명)을 각각 표집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 t-test, 공변량 분석을 실시하였다.
연구 결과 문제행동 청소년을 위한 진로교육프로그램은 진로의식 향상에 효과가 있는지 분석한 결과 프로그램 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 진로의식의 하위요인인 첫째, 진로교육프로그램은 진로의식의 하위요인인 결정성 요소에 어떤 효과가 있는지 분석한 결과 프로그램 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로교육프로그램은 진로의식의 하위요인인 관여성 요소에 어떤 효과가 있는지 분석한 결과 프로그램 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로교육프로그램은 진로의식의 하위요인인 독립성 요소에 어떤 효과가 있는지 분석한 결과 프로그램 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 진로교육프로그램은 진로의식의 하위요인인 성향 요소에 어떤 효과가 있는지 분석한 결과 프로그램 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.
