The purposes of this study were to investigate the usage of smart phone among upper graders in elementary school, examine their smart phone addition scores, and see how overuse of smart phone was connected to school life adjustment and mental health. The subjects include a group of fifth graders (boys: 37, girls: 64) and sixth graders (boys: 106, girls: 133) in elementary schools in the Seoul metropolitan region.
