지역사회서비스투자사업의 성과에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is figured out effect of community service investment project

We figured out among the selectiveness of project, service quality, satisfaction, interactive effectiveness focused on community service investment project participant, examined mediating effect between service quality and satisfaction. Also, relative effect analysis of effect factors and moderating effect of personal character.

The target population in this research is 1,390 service user and service provider who participants community service investment project in jeollanam-do, 2009. this study totally analysed 1,145.

The analysed results in this study are as follow:

First, participation type is significant to service quality, satisfaction, outcome. Also, selectiveness of project is significant to service quality, satisfaction. service quality is significant to outcome.
Second, participation's type and selectiveness and outcome is mediating effect to service quality and satisfaction.

Third, service user, service provider, participation type and selectiveness of project are relatively different effectiveness between service quality and satisfaction.

Forth, personal character such as sex, age, household, type of reception, using experience are moderating effect to outcome of community service investment project

Based on this analysis, implement is as follow

First, outcome evaluation of community service investment project should focused on multi dimension evaluation of service provider.

Second, community service investment project concerned with community characteristic of governance

Third, we need to system development and delivery system for empowerment to participate community service investment project.

Forth, we need to case management and outcome management system for community service investment project.

Fifth, we need to investment incommodity services for business performance management system should be revised.

Sixth, community service providers in terms of investment projects on the consumer side of the distribution of administrative flexibility and awareness of public administration considering switching is required.
Seventh, community service consumer and provider of investment projects in terms of business performance to identify the factors that affect follow-up studies need to be made.

Eighth, community service evaluation of investment projects on the consumer side considering the evaluation criteria should be more specific studies.
