국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 환경윤리교육 활성화를 위하여 환경윤리교육 내용이 2009 개정 초등학교 교과 교육과정에 어떻게 반영되어 있는지 분석하여 그 결과를 토대로 환경윤리교육의 활성화 방안을 모색하는 것이다.
연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 구체적인 연구 내용은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 2009 개정 초등학교 교과 교육과정에 환경교육의 내용이 어떻게 반영되어 있는지 분석한다.
둘째, 2009 개정 초등학교 교과 교육과정에 환경윤리교육의 내용이 어떻게 반영되어 있는지 분석한다.
셋째, 2009 개정 초등학교 교과 교육과정 분석 결과를 토대로 환경윤리교육의 활성화 방안을 제시한다.
본 연구는 문헌 연구를 통해 진행되었으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.
국가 환경교육 표준 지침의 9개 대영역을 분석 준거로 분석한 결과, 환경교육 관련 내용은 영역별로 9개 대영역의 관련 비중이 고르게 나타났으며 학년군별 역시 고른 분포를 보여 2009 개정 교육과정의 환경교육 내용이 특정 영역에 편중되거나 누락되지 않고, 학년간 위계성을 살리려고 노력하였음을 확인하였다. 선행 연구 결과를 토대로 연구자가 마련한 분석 준거에 의해 환경윤리교육 관련 내용을 분석한 결과 역시 영역별, 학년군별로 대체적으로 고른 분포를 보였다. 새 교육과정에는 환경관과 환경감수성 관련 내용이 다수 포함되었고, 환경정의 및 지속가능발전 관련 내용도 비교적 비중 있게 포함되어 있어 환경윤리교육 활성화에 기여할 것으로 본다. 다만 교과별 분석 결과, 다수의 환경윤리교육 관련 내용이 실과와 도덕과에 편중되어 있음은 문제점으로 지적되었다.
이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 환경윤리교육 활성화 방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 관계성 기반의 환경윤리교육을 실천한다. 이를 위하여 교육재능기부와 같은 지역 사회 연계 프로그램을 확대․실시하고, 새 교과서의 내용 소재로 ‘적정한 생활양식’을 추가하여 보강할 필요가 있다.
둘째, 감수성 함양을 도모하는 환경윤리교육을 실천한다. 이를 위하여 환경감수성 향상에 도움이 되는 다양한 교수․학습 기법을 마련하고, ‘생물 윤리’를 강화하는 실습․노작교육을 활성화한다.
셋째, 실천 지향의 환경윤리교육을 실천한다. 이를 위하여 생태공동체를 위한 행동지침을 세분화하여 선정․조직하고, 창의적 체험활동을 강화하여 실천한다.
2009 개정 초등학교 교육과정 분석은 초등학교의 환경윤리교육 활성화를 위한 기초 작업으로써 의미를 가진다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the way to activate the environmental ethics education by analyzing how contents related to environmental ethics education are reflected to The Revised Curriculum 2009.
The specific contents are as follows to achieve the research objectives
First, analyze how environmental education is reflected to The Revised Curriculum 2009.
Second, analyze how environmental ethics education is reflected to The Revised Curriculum 2009.
Third, as a result of analyzing The Revised Curriculum 2009, it suggests improving the contents for environmental ethics education.
This study was conducted through literature and the findings are as follows.
As a result of analyzing nine major areas of standard guidelines of the national environmental education, Contents related to environmental education were balanced by nine major areas. And also group of grade was shown even distribution. So we confirm revised contents about environmental education of curriculum 2009 try to enhance a hierarchy of academic year without bias and missing. Result of analysis related to environmental ethics education is also shown even proportion at areas, grade level generally according to standards researcher made based on the results of previous studies. Containing view on environment, environmental sensitivity, justice and sustainable development relatively heavily, new curriculum would contribute to environmental ethics education. However as a results of subject analysis, the number of content related to environmental ethics education is concentrated on practical and moral education.
Based on the results of this analysis, ways to revitalize environmental ethics education are as follows.
First, practice environmental ethics education relationship-based practicing 'caring and sharing' motto of new curriculum. For this, conducting the community connection program such as gifted education donations in expanding and adding 'the proper lifestyle' may need to supplement as content of new textbook.
Second, practice environmental ethics education training to promote cultivation of sensitivity. For this, establish various teaching and learning methods that would help you to increase sensitivity and activate practice․laborious exercise strengthening 'biological ethics education'.
Third, practice action-oriented environmental ethics education. For this, choose and struct segment environment ethics virtue for future generations. And enhance Creative experience activity.
Analysis of the revised curriculum 2009 means as a basic work to activate environmental ethics education of elementary school.
