In addition, the kindergarten teachers participation in decision-making was higher than the day care center teachers. The principle majored in early childhood education was also higher than non-majored principle in the job satisfaction and decision-making participation. The number of children is responsible for many classroom teachers more decision-making participation and efficacy, job satisfaction was high. The higher the number of children and the higher training participation were high in decision-making participation. Therefore, in order to improve teachers' participation in decision - making, to promote teacher efficacy, and to increase job satisfaction of teachers, preferential measures for educated teachers and experienced teachers, methods for enhancing professionalism of principal and teachers, and plans for appropriate infant class size is needed and should be sought.
