어머니의 양육스트레스, 양육 태도,
사회적 지지간의 관계


이 연구는 어머니의 변인에 따라 부모의 양육 태도나 양육 스트레스가 어떻게 차이가 있는지, 특히 사회적 지지에 따른 양육 태도와 양육 스트레스는 어떠한 차이가 있는지 살펴보았다. 이에 설정된 연구문제는 다음과 같다.

<연구문제1> 어머니의 자녀수, 연령, 직업유무, 학력, 가계소득에 따라 어머니 의 양육스트레스, 양육태도, 사회적 지지의 차이가 있는가?

<연구문제2> 어머니의 양육스트레스와 양육태도, 사회적 지지는 어떠 한 관계가 있는가?

<연구문제3> 어머니의 양육 스트레스에 영향을 주는 상대적 영향력은 어떠한 가?

이 연구를 위해 어머니 185명이 참여하였으며, 이들에게 어머니의 양육스트레스, 양육태도, 사회적 지지 질문지를 배포하였다. 자료한 자료는 SPSS 18을 활용하여, 인구사회학적 변인에 따라 양육스트레스, 양육태도, 사회적 지원의 차이가 있는지 차이 검증을 실시하고 상관관계가 있는지 파악하기 위해 상관관계분석을 실시하며, 상대적 영향력이 있는지 회계 분석을 실시하였다.

이에 따른 결과는 우선, 어머니의 인구통계학적 변인인 자녀수, 연령, 직업유무, 학력, 가계소득에 따라 하위 요인에서 유의미한 차이가 확인되었다. 둘째, 어머니의 양육스트레스와 양육태도의 상관관계를 알아본 결과 전반적으로 상관관계는 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 양육스트레스와 사회적지지간의 관계를 살펴보면 전반적으로 부적인 상관관계를 보이고 있다. 셋째, 양육스트레스인 일상스트레스, 역할스트레스에 사회적지지가 가장 상대적으로 영향을 준다고 확인되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the relationship among mothers's parenting stresses, child rearing attitude, and social supports. For this, three questions were asked.

1) Is there any differences in mothers' parenting stress, child rearing attitude, and social supports based on the numbers of kids, mother’s ages, job existence, academic backgrounds and household incomes?

2) Is there any relationships among mothers' parenting stress, child rearing attitude, and social supports?

3) What factors relatively influence to mothers' parenting stresses?

185 mothers were participated in this study. SPSS 18 was used for analyzing the survey questionnaires. The results were as followed.

1) There were statistically significant differences in mothers' parenting stress, child rearing attitude, and social supports based on the numbers of kids, mother’s ages, job existence, academic backgrounds and household incomes.

2) Generally, there was a high correlation between mothers' parenting stress and child rearing attitudes, but a negative correlation between mothers' parenting stress and social supports.

3) Social support had a relatively high impact on daily stress and role- stress.
