청소년이 지각한 사회적 지지와 진로성숙도가 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of the Social support and career maturity on career decisions level

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년이 지각한 사회적 지지와 진로성숙도가 진로결정수준과 어떠한 관계가 있는지 살펴보고, 청소년이 지각한 사회적 지지와 진로성숙도가 진로결정수준에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 따라서 이러한 본 연구의 결과를 경쟁적이고 입시위주의 교육 정책 속에서 진로를 능동적으로 결정을 하지 못하고 자신의 흥미와 적성을 살리지 못한 채 진로를 결정하는 청소년들에게 더욱 효과적인 진로지도 및 상담을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 선정한 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적지지, 진로성숙도, 진로결정수준이 청소년의 학업성취 수준과 부모의 소득수준에 따라 차이가 있는가. 둘째, 사회적지지, 진로성숙도, 진로결정수준이 어떠한 상관이 있는가. 셋째, 청소년이 지각한 사회적 지지가 진로결정수준에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가. 넷째, 청소년이 지각한 진로성숙도가 진로결정수준에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해 알아보고자 한다.
이상의 연구문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 전남권역에 소재한 5개 고등학교에 재학 중인 2학년 고등학생 505명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 사회적지지, 진로성숙도, 진로결정수준을 측정하고 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 차이분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석 실시하였다.
이에 따른 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 청소년의 학업성취수준과 부모의 소득수준에 따른 사회적 지지, 진로성숙도, 진로결정수준의 차이를 분석한 결과, 학업성취수준에 따른 사회적 지지의 차이는 유의한 차이가 나타냈으며, 진로성숙도의 차이는 관여성, 독립성, 성향에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 진로결정수준의 차이는 진로 미결정의 진로선택의 중요성에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 부모의 소득수준과 사회적 지지의 차이는 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 진로성숙도의 차이는 결정성, 관여성, 독립성, 성향에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 진로 결정수준에서는 결정성, 편안, 결단성에서 유의한 차이를 나타났다.
둘째, 청소년이 지각한 사회적 지지와 진로성숙도 및 진로결정수준이 어떠한 관계가 있는가를 확인하기 위해 상관분석을 실시한 결과, 사회적 지지와 진로성숙도의 하위 변인 중 결정성, 관여성, 독립성, 성향과 진로결정수준의 하위 변인 중 결정성 간에 정적인 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 사회적 지지와 진로성숙도의 하위변인 중 독립성과 성향과 진로결정수준의 하위변인 중 편안 간에 정적인 상관관계가 있으며, 진로성속도의 하위변인 중 결정성, 타협성과 진로결정수준의 하위요인 중 편안 간에 부적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 청소년이 지각한 사회적 지지와 진로성숙도의 하위변인들이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 진로결정수준의 결정성에서는 사회적 지지, 결정성, 관여성, 독립성, 성향 타협성에서 유의한 영향력이 나타났으며, 편안에서는 사회적지지, 결정성 관여성 독립성 성향, 타협성에서 유의한 영향력이 나타났으며, 자기 명료화에서는 사회적지지, 관여성, 타협성에서 유의한 영향력을 보였으며, 지식에서는 사회적지지, 관여성 타협성에서 유의한 영향력을 보였으며, 결단성에서는 결정성 관여성 독립성, 성향에서 유의한 영향력을 보였으며, 진로선택의 중요성에서는 관여성에서 유의한 영향력을 보였다.
이러한 결과를 종합해 보면 사회적 지지와 진로성숙도의 하위변인이 진로결정수준의 하위변인에 각각 다른 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 사회적 지지는 진로결정수준에 낮은 영향력이 나타났지만, 진로성숙도는 진로결정수준에 높은 영향력을 나타냈다. 따라서 청소년의 진로결정시기에 긍정적인 영향력을 미치는 것은 개인 외적인 영역인 사회적 지지가 아니라 개인 심리적인 영역인 진로성숙도가 중요하며, 청소년의 진로상담에서 진로성숙을 상담을 통해 심리내적인 영역을 발달시켜 돕는다면 진로상담의 효과를 더욱 높일 수 있을 것이다.

This purpos of social support and the career of the late teens to determine the maturity level of the course and looked at whether there is any relationship. To achieve this objective, the selected research questions are as follows: First, social support, career maturity, career decision level of academic achievement levels of young people and parents are depending on income level. Second, social support, career maturity, career decision level is there any correlation. Third, social support and the career maturity of adolescents with late career decisions that affects the level should investigate.
More research to solve the problem in this study, Chonnam regions are located in five high school sophomore in high school, has released a questionnaire to 505 patients. Social support, career maturity, career decisions, and measuring the levels, SPSS 18.0 by using the variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis was performed.
Accordingly the results of this study are as follows:
First, according to academic achievement levels of social support, career maturity, there was an significant difference at the level of career decisions. According to parents' income level and social support, career maturity, career decisions sounded significantly different levels.
Second, the social support variables and career maturity of the sub-crystalline, gwanyeoseong, independence, career orientation and crystallinity of determining the level of the sub-variables with correlation between the static showed.
Third, social support and the career maturity of adolescents with late career decisions on the level of impact was significant;
Taken together, these results look, Social support and career maturity involves the impact on the level of career decisions. Therefore, when career decisions of young people influencing the positive social support private external areas but personal psychological maturity are important areas: career, career maturity in career counseling of adolescents through counseling psychology evolved in the essential areas If that helps further increase the effectiveness of career counseling will be.
