Abstract
The purpose of this study is the integrated education of language and culture, and immigrant women through cooking activities is to improve Korean language ability.
Chapter 2 to target immigrant women through interviews and surveys conducted needs analysis. And food culture-related texts and teaching methodology to discuss the direction of development.
Chapter 3 Understanding Korea's food culture and cuisine through activities to teach Korean language text, the development of efficient to give a detailed full description of the procedure. In this study, and with text books and multimedia teaching materials developed.
Korean education through cooking activities in Chapter 4, the methodology has been developed. In this study, Korean education model through cultural activities, based on the specific professor has developed a learning model. And with cooking activities were evaluated for Korean language education methodology.
Through cooking activities in the Korean language Korean language education methodology has the following effects:
First, the methodology developed in this study of Korean education and training making food education integrates students' motivation and attention is easy.
Second, immigrant women who participate in class activities, making food by experiencing Korean culture and Korea to learn together, and in everyday life at home, they can reuse it.
Third, experience culture through cooking and culture of Korea and Korean, can have a better understanding of the depth.
Fourth, participation in class activities, class immigrant women in the course of their ability to communicate with the Korean language is maximized.
Fifth, the culture-based model of the Korean language classes in the use of multimedia teaching material to the learner's attention is very effective.
