경영자와 종사자 의향분석을 통한 서울디지털산업단지의 재생정책연구

This thesis aims to bring out the problems that need to be improved by the accurate diagnosis and analysis of the present status of 'the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex', which has gone through 10 years of a restructuring process. By this process, unlike previous studies that provide only the improvement plan of the industrial policy limited to the region within the industry valley, we provide a long term comprehensive regeneration direction of the industrial complex concerning the internal and external environment and other large city industrial complex that are linked to the development of the city.
Accordingly, the method of this study is to analyze the result of questionnaire answered by both of employer and employee, the case of overseas regeneration of industrial complex, and the review of previous studies. The result showed that it was changed to high density environment quantitatively as well as qualitatively. So it is urgent to improve the environment by securing places for road, traffic facilities, park, green belt, and places for relaxation, and by creating a city which is balanced of residence, industry, culture, and welfare. It is needed to make competitive surroundings, such as an industrial-educational cooperation, an total support for the enterprise and a systematic human resources development. And it is also needed to make a life circumstance for high amenity to attract the high-quality human resources for global environment. As a last, the regeneration direction have to set a law and administrative system in a localization, not a centralization, such as an unification of administrative structure, a deregulation, and a proper local governance system.
