노인 일자리사업 참여자의 일에 대한 인식과 만족도가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향

This research project for an aging society is one of those seniors participating in senior jobs, the work of business awareness and satisfaction for a job in the business impact of successful aging seniors learn to maximize job performance of the business measures The purpose is to present.

Second, about the job enterprise also the satisfaction appeared with average 3.91 and the old people led and the job enterprise economic power improvement and adult relationship they led and the satisfactory level of the old person job enterprise appeared highly.
Third, about work the result which examines the recognition and satisfaction affect in successful aging only recognition t=11.868(p<.001) showed a significant affect.
Older people are positive about the work as satisfactory because of their hard work been living successfully with aging seems to be affecting. Therefore the old person job enterprise more must be promoted with old age representative activity.
