청소년이 지각한 부모의 학업성취압력과 우울의 관계 : 학업적 자기효능감의 효과 검증 = A Study of The Relationships of Parental Academic Achievement Pressure that Adolescents' Perceived to Depression : Effects of Academic Self-efficacy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 기본적인 목표는 부모의 과도한 성취압력으로 인해 우울을 경험하는 청소년 상담에서는 우울 증상에만 초점을 맞추는 접근 뿐 아니라 학업적 자기효능감의 증진을 위한 학업 프로그램 등을 개발하고 이를 토대로 효과적인 생활지도 및 상담 개입 방안을 제안하고자 하는 것이었다. 본 연구는 경기도 수원시 소재 고등학교 세 곳에서 297명에게 부모의 학업성취압력 척도, 학업적 자기효능감 척도, 우울 척도로 구성된 설문지를 실시하여 그 결과를 PASW로 통계 분석하였다. 청소년이 지각한 부․모의 학업성취압력과 우울의 관계에서 학업적 자기효능감이 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정하고 매개효과와 조절효과를 검증하였다. 부와 모로 나눈 청소년이 지각한 학업성취압력과 우울의 관계에서 학업적 자기효능감의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 지각된 부의 학업성취압력과 우울의 관계에서는 학업적 자기효능감이 매개하지 않았지만, 지각된 모의 학업성취압력과 우울의 관계에서는 약한 수준의 부분매개를 확인하였다. 지각된 학업성취압력을 부와 모로 나누어 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 지각된 부의 학업성취압력과 우울의 관계에서는 학업적 자기효능감이 조절하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 우울에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 지각된 모의 학업성취압력과 학업적 자기효능감이 상호작용하는 지를 알아본 결과, 전체집단에서 상호작용효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 논의를 통해 청소년이 지각한 부모의 학업성취압력으로 인한 우울을 감소에서 학업적 자기효능감 향상이 중요함을 제안하였다. 이외에 본 연구의 제한점과 향후 연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The fundamental purpose of this article is not only to approach depression symptoms of adolescent who experiences depression because of a parental academic achievement pressure through an adolescent counseling but also to develop an academic program to improve an academic self efficacy. Also, based on the academic program, this article proposes an efficient guidance and a counseling intervention plan.
This article carried out a survey targeting 297 students who in one of the three high schools located in the Suwon city, Gyeongi-do. This survey is composed of adolescents' perceived parental academic achievement pressure, academic self efficacy and depression. Then statistical data of the survey's result is analyzed by PASW. The article assumes that adolescents' perceived parental academic achievement pressure and depression will be influenced by academic self efficacy, then verify a medicating effect and moderating effect.
Examine medicating effect of academic self efficacy in relationships between adolescents' perceived parental academic achievement pressure and depression, relationships between adolescents' perceived paternal academic achievement pressure and depression had an effect on their academic self efficacy. However, relationships between adolescents' perceived maternal academic achievement pressure and depression had an effect on their academic self efficacy. Also, following the verification of moderating effect adolescents' perceived parental academic achievement pressure, between adolescents' perceived paternal academic achievement pressure and depression did not affect the academic self efficacy.
Whereas, the article figured out that adolescents' perceived maternal academic achievement pressure and depression influence the academic self efficacy. The article suggests that a decrease of depression by adolescents' perceived parental academic achievement pressure is important in improvement of academic self efficacy. Furthermore, constraints and future directions of the study will be discussed in the article.
