부모의 영아보육서비스 질 인식에 따른 만족도 = The Effect of infant care Service Quality on their Parents' Satisfaction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현재 영아보육시설을 이용하는 부모들을 대상으로 그들이 인식하는 영아보육서비스의 질과 만족도를 파악하는 연구를 통해 부모의 욕구에 적합한 영아보육서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 그를 위하여 본 연구는 영아보육시설의 질적 향상을 도모하기 위하여 부모가 인식하는 영아보육시설의 보육 서비스의 질이 부모 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다.
1) 영아보육의 형태(국•공립보육시설, 민간보육시설, 영아전담보육시설, 가정보육시설)에 따라 보육서비스의 질과 부모만족도는 차이가 있는가?
2) 영아보육시설에 자녀를 입소시킨 이유와 선택기준에 따라 부모만족도에 차이가 있는가?
3) 부모 만족도에 미치는 보육서비스 질의 영향력은 어떠한가?
본 연구는 전라남도 순천시에 위치한 국•공립어린이 집, 민간어린이 집, 영아전담어린이 집, 가정어린이 집에서 임의 표 집 된, 총 313명의 부모를 연구대상으로 영아보육서비스의 질과 부모 만족도를 알아보기 위해 질문지를 사용하였고, 분석방법은 백분율, 평균 및 표준편차, t-test(독립표본)검증과 one-way ANOVA(일원분산분석), 적률상관관계, 중 다 회귀 분석을 이용하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
1) 부모가 인식하는 영아보육시설의 보육서비스의 질은 매우 높은 수준을 보였는데, 세부적으로는 교사들의 질적 수준인 확신성이 가장 높은 보육서비스의 질로 나타났고, 부모 만족도는 높은 만족도를 보였다. 다음으로 둘째, 셋째 자녀를 보낼 의향으로 측정된 부분이 가장 높은 만족도를 보였다.
2) 보육서비스의 질 인식은 영아전담어린이 집의 경우가, 국•공립어린이 집, 가정어린이 집, 민간어린이 집에 자녀를 보내는 부모보다 보육서비스의 질을 상대적으로 높게 인지하는 것으로 나타났고, 유의미한 차이를 보였다.
3) 영아보육시설을 선택할 때 시설이나 교직원을 믿는 부모가 영아보육시설이 접근하기 편리하다는 이유로 선택한 부모보다 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 부모와 시설 간에 서로 신뢰하면 영아보육시설을 이용하는 부모의 만족도는 증가하며, 영아보육시설의 접근성과 시설이 좋을수록 부모 만족도는 높아지고, 안전한 시설일수록 자녀를 영아보육시설에 보내는 부모의 만족도는 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다.
4) 보육시설의 부모 만족도에 영향을 미치는 영아보육시설의 보육서비스질의 차원 중, 확신성이 가장 강한 영향력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study were to investigate how infant care service quality affect the parents' satisfaction and to examine the infant care service quality and parents' satisfaction according to the form of care center. This study also investigated the parents' satisfaction depending on their enrollment reason and selection criteria.
The subjects of this study were 313 parents who had infant enrolled in child care center in Sunchon, Jeollanam-do. Parents were asked to answer the questionnaire about their satisfaction and their perception of the service quality of the infant care center. Collected data were analyzed using the percentage, average and standard deviation, t-test (independent samples) test and one-way ANOVA, Pearson`s product moment correlation coefficient, multiple regression with SPSS WIN 18.0.
The results of this study can be summarized as follows.
First, the parents were aware of the service quality of infant care facilities showed a very high level. In detail, assurance, the quality of the teachers appeared to be the highest level.
Parent satisfaction was also high. Then willing to send their second, third children was showed as the high level of satisfaction.
Second, the parents who had the infant enrolled in infant exclusive care center perceived the quality of services higher than the those who let their infants in the national-public infant care facilities, home infant care facilities, private care facility.
Third, to choose infant care facilities, the parents who trust the facilities or the teacher showed higher satisfaction than those who had chosen the facilities because of easier access. And also, the more secure facility was, the more parent's satisfaction were.
Forth, assurance was found to be most influential in the service qualities on parents' satisfaction.
