Corporate reputation, defined as the overall estimation in which a company is held by its stakeholders, has been proved to be a key factor influencing job applicants' job choice decision. We know little about, however, how corporate reputation influences job applicants' intention to apply. Therefore, the present research was to investigate the role of corporate reputation in the job applicants' decision-making process. The theory of reasoned action was applied. According to the theory behavior is determined by intention, whereas intention is determined by a weighted additive function of 'attitude toward the behavior' and 'subjective norm'. In this study, the first purpose is to examine the relation between corporate reputation and attitude as well as subjective norm. Moreover we will also to identify which attributes of corporate reputation are particularly significant to attitudes and subjective norm.

Secondly, Korean corporate's reputation was found having significant influence on Chinese applicants' attitude toward the applying behaviour and subjective norm. It means that applicants' attitude and subjective norm was positively influenced by corporate repuation.
Thirdly, governance and leadership were found particularly significant to applicants' attitude toward applying and subject norm.
Lastly, the theory of reasoned behaviour was proved to be effective to explain how corporate reputation influence applicants' intention to apply. In this research attitude toward behaviour was more effective than subjective norm.
In summary, to improve Korean corporate's reputation more corporate communication practice is in demand. Especially, Korean corporate's workplace and citizenship got low scores which means Korean corporate's level of localization is to be advanced.
