성인애착유형과 음주동기유형이 음주관련문제에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 성인의 애착과 음주동기가 음주문제에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다.
이 연구를 위하여 서울, 경기지역의 성인 307명을 대상으로 성인애착, 음주동기, 음주문제를 측정하고, 수집된 자료들을 바탕으로 변인들 간의 성별에 따른 차이를 알아보기 위해 t검증을 실시하였다. 또한 주요 변인들 간의 관련성을 살펴보기 위해 상관관계 분석을 실시하고, 변인들 간의 영향력을 확인하기 위해 중다 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 밝혀진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 성인애착과 음주동기, 음주문제의 성별에 따른 차이를 살펴보면, 성인애착을 제외한 음주동기와 음주문제에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 성인애착과 음주문제의 관계에서 하위요인인 성인애착회피, 성인애착불안 모두가 음주문제와 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 성인애착과 음주동기의 관계에서 성인애착회피와 성인애착불안 모두가 각각 음주동기와 유의한 정적상관을 나타내었다.
넷째, 음주동기와 음주문제의 관계에서는 유의한 정적상관을 나타내었다.
마지막으로 성인애착과 음주문제 간의 관계에서 음주동기의 매개효과를 보기위해 각 변인들 간의 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 성인애착과 음주동기간에는 유의한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 음주동기와 음주문제의 경우에도 모두 유의한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 음주동기의 매개효과를 보면, 성인애착과 음주문제 사이를 음주동기가 부분매개하고 있음을 알 수 있다.
이상의 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다.
성인애착과 음주동기가 음주문제에 영향을 미치고, 성인애착이 음주문제에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 음주동기가 매개하고 있다. 따라서 음주문제를 보다 효과적으로 접근하기 위해서 애착집단의 특성과 음주동기유형의 특성을 함께 고려한다면 음주를 하게 되는 요인들에 대해 예방적인 차원으로 적절한 개입을 하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

This study is aimed to verify the influences on drinking problems of adult attachments and drinking motives.
For this study the adults-oriented in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province area, I measured adult attachments, drinking motives, drinking matters and took t-verifications to research the different gap among variables on the basis of collecting references.
Also to examine the connection among main variables, I analyzed a coefficient of correlation and to inspect the influences among variables, carried out the analysis of numerous returns. There is an effect found out through this study.
First, by examining the differences of drinking motives and drinking problems, I found some attentive differences in the connection of drinking motives and drinking problems statistically.
Second, in the connection of adult attachments and drinking problems, as the low-ranked causing factor, both the evasion of adult attachments and the anxiety of adult attachments are positively related with drinking problems.
Third, in the connection of adult attachments and drinking motives, both the evasion of adult attachments and anxiety of adult attachments are positively related with drinking motives.
Fourth, in the connection of drinking problems and drinking motives , I found some attentive positive relationship.
At last, in the connection of drinking problems and adult attachments, to examine mediated effects of drinking motives, searched the correlation among each variables.
The positive relationship appears between adult attachments and drinking motives, and also there is a positive relationship between drinking problems and drinking motives.
On the basis of this, seeing the mediated effect, I also found some mediated effect relationships partly between drinking problems and adult attachments.
There is an effect found through this study. Adult attachments and drinking motives have an effect on drinking problems, Adult attachments has an effect on drinking problems, and drinking motives.
Considering the characteristic of attachment group and drinking motive type, I provide an information for the prevention of drinking problems and the establishment of intervention strategies.
