음악전공자의 직무역량 개발을 위한 교육과정 지향방안에 대한 연구 : 음악과 다른 학문과의 융합을 통한 고찰 = A Study on Education Curriculum Oriented Measures for the Job Competency Development of Music Majors : A Study through Mixture of Music and Other Studies

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 다양한 분야로의 진출을 기대하는 음악전공자의 직업선택 기초자료 제공과 전문 직업창출의 방향성을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.
대부분의 음악대학 졸업생들은 전문연주가 또는 개인레슨, 학원경영이 아니면 사회의 직장이라는 직업현장에 진출하기가 어려울 만큼 진로선택의 범위가 좁다. 또한 사회의 구조상 합창, 합주, 각 분야의 지도자 등 개인보다 단체에 소속되어 음악을 할 수 있는 기회가 많지만 이를 양성해내는 대학에서의 앙상블 교육시스템이 미흡한 실정이다.
이에 따라 음악대학 교육과정을 비교 ․ 분석하고, 다양한 연주가로의 진출을 지원하기 위한 앙상블 교과의 증설과 전공실기시험, 수업방법의 변화, 다양한 형태의 콩쿠르 앙상블부문 확대 등으로 전공영역의 다양성을 제안한다. 또한 전문 연주가 외에 음악전공자들이 진출할 수 있는 분야에도 직무에 적합한 기능적인 능력과 전문지식을 필요로 하였다. 이는 복수전공 제도를 활용함으로 전문성을 보완할 수 있으며, 다른 학문과의 융합을 통해 직무도 다양하게 파생될 수 있다.
연구의 해결방안으로 전공중심 체제를 통한 실용 교과목의 다양화가 요구되며, 전공교육과 관련한 복수전공 제도를 활성화하는 것이다. 이는 음악 비즈니스의 인적 자원을 전문화하는 효과가 있을 뿐만 아니라 직업에 맞는 개인의 직무 적응력을 높일 수 있다. 동시에 대학은 학생들의 전문성을 향상시켜 인재를 양성할 수 있다.
정보화 ․ 전문화로 다변화 되는 21세기 현대사회에 직업현장에서 필요한 전문가로 나아가기 위하여 이에 대응하는 학생들은 창의적인 생각의 전환이 필요하며, 음악예술이 사회에서 기여할 수 있는 부분이 무엇인가를 고민하여야 한다. 또한 학교에서는 학생 자신의 미래를 스스로 볼 수 있는 안목들이 생길 수 있게 각 학생들의 재능을 발견하고 그 전문성을 구체적으로 배양하여 사회에 진출할 수 있도록 제도적인 교육과정을 마련할 필요가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to provide the basic guidance data for job selection of the music majors expecting advance to various social fields and the directions of creating new professions in music.
There are not so many paths of career for most music college students to choose after graduation. They can't have much chance to get a job in thess society except for running their own music academy, being professional player or providing private lessons. The ensemble education, one of the subjects suitable for nurturing students appropriately for group activities is less emphasized and implemented in universities than needed, while the opportunity for being engaged in institutional activities such as choirs, ensembles and other group activities is much larger than that for individual activities. This should be regarded as a systematical problem of the educational institutions.
In this study, it is proposed, based on the comparison and the analysis of musical curriculum of seven universities, that increase of the ensemble curriculum to support the students to advance on various musical career fields is necessary. And the extension of the scope of the ensemble curriculum, changes in major performance examinations and in teaching methods, and formation of various concours for ensemble area are necessary.
In addition, the double major system will have to be reinforced and effectively utilized to supplement student's capability, as areas other than major performance fields require musical knowledge and practical capability at same time. The convergence with other science areas would create possibilities of generation of new professional job categories.
To achieve these, the diversification of practical curriculum subjects with the specialty subject system focused and activation of double major system must be achieved to effectively get the specialization of the human resource of music business and to enhance individual adaptation capability to the specific business area.
It should be contemplated that how and in what aspect musical art can contribute to the information-oriented and specialty-oriented society in twenty-first century. And school should motivate the students to get transformed to think creatively and to become the experts whom society needs. In addition, the school should provide more programs necessary for nurturing student's capability to see individual future in a long-term perspective. The system of school should be transformed to nurture student's specialty more concretely by identifying student's talent and ability as early as possible and providing necessary education through the system organized for that purpose.
