1-2. The Communicational Training Program for poor children will improve cooperation, self-assertion and self-control.
2-1. The Communicational Training Program for poor children will improve poor children's peer relational skills on the whole.
2-2. The Communicational Training Program for poor children will improve initiative, cooperation and empathy as subordinate concepts.

The research design to verify the hypotheses of this study is a variant of pre-test, post-test and further-test experiment design. The subjects of this study were 16 students who were from W elementary school in Dalseogu, Dae-gu(control group 8, experimental group 8). This program was performed twice a week for 5 weeks.
