영아반 보육교사의 전문성 인식과 직무스트레스와의 관계

This research covers the correlation of the professional knowledge of daycare center teachers' and their job stress. The purpose of this paper is to enhance the quality of children's education by improving professionalism and their job stress environment of daycare center teachers'.
For the above purpose, this research investigated 214 who daycare center teachers' workin the Iksan city nusery institutions. Iskan nursery institution record was referred for this research. There is the total of 264 nursery insitutions in the city of Iksan. The subject of the research was 214 teachers working in 70 nursery insitutions that operate daycare center. Currently, there are 134 teachers in 10 public nursery institutions, 61 teachers in 20 corporate nursery institutions, 69 teachers in 20 civil nursery institutions, and 50 teachers in 20 family institutions. For the investigation, questionaire was used. For the rearch problem analysis, SPSS/PC 14.0 program was used. In order to uderstand the general background of the research subject, frequency and percentile were calculated. In order to certify research problem 1 and 2, t-certification, one variable analysis and Duncan post censorship were carrried out. Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient analysis was carried out in order to certify the research problem 3.
The following research problems were chosen for this paper.
1. What is the professional knowledge of daycare center teachers' and does the background variable (individual internal variable, individual external variable) differentiates it?
2. How is the daycare center teachers' job stress and does the teacher's background variable (individual internal variable, individual external variable) differentiates it?
3. What is the correlation between the professional knowledge of nursery daycare center teachers' and job stress?
Based on the results of this research the following conclusion can be made.
The professional knowledge of daycare center teachers' was affected by on the marital status, age, career, and job stress , but it was not affected by the teacher's major, pay, and the number of students in class. The job stress was not affected by the marital status, age, career, and pay but it was affected by the teacher's major, the types of in sitution, and the number of students in class. There is a general static correlation between the professional knowledge of daycare center teachers' professional knowledge and the job stress.
The meaning of this research is to provide alternatives to enhance the professionalism of daycare center teachers' and decrease the job stress.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 영아반 보육교사를 대상으로 전문성 인식과 직무스트레스의 관계를 살펴봄으로써, 영아반 보육교사의 전문성 향상 및 근무환경을 개선하여 영아 보육의 질적 향상을 도모하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.
이를 위해 본 연구는 익산시내 보육시설에서 근무하는 영아반 보육교사 214명을 대상으로 하였다. 익산시 소재 보육시설 명부를 참고하여 보육시설 총 264개소 중 현재 영아반이 운영되고 있는 보육시설 국공립 10개소 34명, 법인 20개소 61명, 민간 20개소 69명, 가정 20개소 50명으로 총 70개소 214명을 연구대상으로 하고, 조사를 위해 질문지를 사용하였다. 연구문제 분석을 위해 SPSS/PC 14.0 프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구대상의 일반적 배경을 파악하기 위하여 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다. 연구문제 1과 2를 검증하기 위해서는 t-검증, 일원변량분석과 Duncan 사후검증을 실시하였으며, 연구문제 3을 검증하기 위해서는 Pearson의 적률상관분석을 실시하였다.

본 연구를 위해 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다.

1. 영아반 보육교사의 전문성 인식은 어떠하며 교사의 배경변인(개인내적 변인, 개인 외적 변인)에 따라 차이가 있는가?
2. 영아반 보육교사의 직무스트레스는 어떠하며 교사의 배경변인(개인내적 변인, 개인 외적 변인)에 따라 차이가 있는가?
3. 영아반 보육교사의 전문성 인식과 직무스트레스 간의 관계는 어떠한가?

본 연구의 결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 결론을 내릴 수 있다.
영아반 보육교사의 전문성 인식은 결혼여부, 연령, 경력, 근무기관에 따라 차이가 있으나, 전공여부, 보수, 전체 학습 수에 따라서는 차이가 없었다. 영아반 보육교사들이 인식하는 직무스트레스는 결혼여부, 연령, 경력, 보수에 따라서는 차이가 없으나, 전공여부, 시설유형, 전체학급 수에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 영아반 보육교사의 전문성 인식과 직무스트레스 간에는 전체적으로 정적인 상관이 있다.

본 연구를 통해 영아반 보육교사의 전문성을 높이고 직무에 대한 스트레스를 낮출 수 있는 대안을 수립하기 위한 근거 자료를 제시한 것에 의의가 있다.
