유아교사의 윤리의식에 관한 연구 = A study of Early childhood Teachers' Ethics consciousness

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아교사의 교직윤리의식에 대해 영유아, 영유아 가정, 동료와 기관, 지역사회/사회의 4개 영역으로 나누어 각 영역에 대한 근무경력, 기관 유형에 따라 어떤 차이를 보이는지 알아봄으로써 교직윤리에 관한 유아교사의 윤리의식을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다.
연구문제 1. 유아교사의 윤리의식은 어떠한가?
연구문제 2. 유아교사의 윤리의식은 교직경력과 기관유형에 따라 어떠한가?
본 연구를 위해 경상남도에 소재한 유치원, 어린이집 교원을 대상으로 총350부의 설문지를 배부하였고, 최종 278부의 질문지를 연구 자료로 사용하였다. 배부된 질문지는 선행연구들을 참고로 하여, 본 연구의 목적에 맞도록 재구성하여 사용하였다. 회수된 질문지의 통계처리를 위해 SPSS프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 빈도와 Likert 5점 척도 점수의 평균을 산출하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 유아교사의 윤리의식은 평균 3.89로 비교적 높게 나타났다. 영유아의 가정에 대한 윤리의식이 가장 높았고 영유아에 대한 윤리의식, 동료와 기관에 대한 윤리의식 지역사회에 대한 윤리의식 순으로 나타났다.
둘째, 유아교사의 경력에 따른 윤리의식 차이는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 기관유형별 교사의 윤리 의식에 있어서는 전반적으로 어린이집 교사의 윤리 의식이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined early childhood teachers' perceptions of professional ethics. Divided into four categories, namely, preschoolers, preschoolers' families, colleagues and the organization, and local community/society, this study analyzed the differences in the perception of professional ethics exhibited by teachers based on their work experience and organizational type.
Research Question 1. what kind of perception of professional ethics do early childhood teachers exhibit?
Research Question 2. what differences in terms of the perception of professional ethics do early childhood teachers exhibit based on their work experience and the type of organization they work for?
As part of this study, a total of 350 questionnaires were distributed to early childhood teachers in kindergartens and preschools located in Kyungnam Province. 278 of the questionaries which were returned were used as the research materials for this study. In accordance with the objectives of this study, the questionnaire which was used was a reorganized version of those found in previous studies. An SPSS program was used to calculate the statistics related to the returned questionnaires. More to the point, frequency and average Likert five-point scale scores were calculated.
The results of this study can be summarized as follows:
First, the average score in terms of the perception of professional ethics of early childhood teachers was found to be relatively high at 3.89.
Second, the difference in terms of the perception of professional ethics of early childhood teachers based on their work experience was found to be minimal.
The following significant differences were recorded in terms of the perception of professional ethics of early childhood teachers:
Third, as far as the category of perception of professional ethics by organization type is concerned, the study found that the perceptions of professional ethics of early childhood teachers employed in childcare centers tended to by and large be higher.
