This thesis proposes a viable scenario, J-Cloud Center, which would integrate all of server, storage, and service software systems at a few of distributed places using the Cloud Computing. Recently, the United States government and its local government introduce cloud computing to their ICT (Information and Communication Technology) infrastructure for reducing burden of budget. Many studies have also shown that the organizations using cloud computing can reduce the cost of operating data center, and incidental expense.
Recently, many Korea local governments, except for some local governments near the national capital regions, have suffered from the lack of resources and human resources related to ICT areas. Therefore, the potential risks of operational or systematic errors related to managing these systems are gradually increasing. If J local governments introduce cloud computing technology to J-Cloud center, they will be able to reap various benefits such as reducing burdens of finance for operation of each server room and the cost of fostering proficient staffs. They will also be able to redundant investment to maintain each server room.
