부모의 학업성취압력과 청소년의 행복의 관계 : 성취목표지향성과 낙관성의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 부모의 학업성취압력이 청소년의 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 성취목표지향성과 낙관성의 매개 역할을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 중학교 3학년을 대상으로 부모의 학업성취압력척도, 행복척도, 성취목표지향성척도, 낙관성척도를 사용하였고, 총 350부가 분석에 사용되었다.
본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 학업성취압력이 청소년의 행복에 미치는 영향을 단순회귀방법으로 분석한 결과 부모의 학업성취압력을 높게 지각할수록 청소년의 행복감은 낮아지고, 부정 정서를 더 많이 느끼는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 부모의 학업성취압력이 청소년의 행복에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 성취목표지향성의 매개효과가 있는지 위계적 중다회귀방법으로 분석한 결과, 성취목표지향성 중 수행회피목표는 부모의 학업성취압력이 청소년의 행복에 미치는 효과를 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 부모의 학업성취압력이 청소년의 행복에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 낙관성의 매개효과가 있는지 위계적 중다회귀방법으로 분석한 결과, 낙관성은 부모의 학업성취압력이 청소년의 행복에 미치는 효과를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.
이러한 연구결과는 청소년의 행복을 증진하기 위하여 부모의 학업성취압력과 성취목표지향성, 낙관성이 중요하다는 것을 시사한다.
끝으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점과 향후 연구방향을 기술하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to test the mediating effect of achievement goal orientation and optimism in the relation between parental academic achievement pressure and happiness on adolescents. To attain the purpose of this study 350 students in third grade were selects from middle school in Seoul. They were measured on the parental academic achievement pressure scale, happiness scale, achieve goal orientation scale and Life Orientation Test - Revised(LOT-R) scale.
The result of this study were as follows. First, a standard regression showed that parental academic achievement pressure had a significant effect on happiness.
Second, a hierarchical strategy in multiple regression was conducted to achievement goal orientation in the relationship between parental academic achievement pressure and happiness on adolescents. The result indicated that performance-avoidance goal partially mediates the effect of parental academic achievement pressure on happiness.
Third, a hierarchical strategy in multiple regression was conducted to optimism in the relationship between parental academic achievement pressure and happiness. The result indicated that optimism mediates the effect of parental academic achievement pressure on happiness.

The results of this study, to increase the happiness of adolescents for the parental academic achievement pressure, achievement goal orientation and optimism is important.
Finally, based on the finding results, the implication and limitation of this study were discussed.
