위기청소년의 MMPI-A와 K-CYP에서의 상관 연구 = The Correlation Study between the MMPI-A and the K-CYP to the At-Risk Youth.

This paper was written with the express purpose of finding a correlation between MMPI-A and K-CYP to making standard data for preventing serious emotional and behavioral problems, which have many possibilities to occur, later in life by discovering problem behaviors and diagnosing problem behaviors in At-Risk Youth. We selected 42 unstable At-Risk Youth in school and 10 shelterd living At-Risk Youth to check the relation with the measure of the degree of property of the MMPI-A and reaction tendency of K-CYP, and to check the relation with clinical measure of MMPI-A and the personality of K-CYP.
The following findings emerge:
First, static relation has been seen in F measure, which is theinfrequency measure of MMPI-A and dissimulation measure, validity measure, and inconsistency measure of K-CYP.and K measure, which is defensiveness measure of MMPI-A and L measure of lie measure of MMPI-A, both showing a static relation with the defensiveness measure of K-CYP.
Second, the aspect of psychopathic deviation measure, which mainly rises with At-Risk Youth delinquencies, measure marks static relation with hypomania measure and reality distortion measure.
The result of this study is that we suggest determining astandard data for diagnosing and discovering At-Risk Youth early, despite of trouble that established examination MMPI-A can only be practiced on older rather than younger elementary school students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 위기청소년을 진단․발견하여 개입할 수 있는 기준자료로 삼고, 문제행동을 조기에 발견 및 진단하여 차후에 발생할 가능성이 높은 심각한 정서 및 행동문제를 예방하는 데에 목적을 두고 MMPI-A와 K-CYP와의 상관관계를 알아보고자 진행되었다. 학교부적응 위기청소년 42명과 쉼터에서 생활하는 위기청소년 10명을 선정하여 MMPI-A의 타당도 척도와 K-CYP의 반응성향간의 상관을 알아보고, MMPI-A의 임상척도와 K-CYP의 성격특성과의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 연구를 진행하였다.

본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, MMPI-A의 비전형성척도인 F척도와 K-CYP의 과장 척도와 타당도 척도와 불일치 척도와는 정적상관관계를 나타냈다. MMPI-A의 방어성 척도인 K척도와 부인 척도인 L척도와는 K-CYP의 방어 척도와 정적상관관계를 나타냈다.
둘째, 위기청소년에게서 주로 상승하는 척도인 반사회적 성격(Pd)척도에서 보면 K-CYP에서는 비행척도가 경조증(Ma)척도와는 현실왜곡척도와 정적상관관계를 나타냈다.

본 연구의 의의는 그동안 사용되어오고 있는 위기청소년을 감별할 수 있는 MMPI-A는 대상이 중학생이상으로 한정되어 초등학생의 감별에는 어려움이 있었으나 위기청소년을 조기에 진단․발견하여 개입할 수 있는 기준자료로 제시하였다는 것에 그 의의가 있다.
