청소년 상담자의 자기효능감과 발달수준이 상담자-부모의 상담작업동맹에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년 상담 시, 상담자-부모 상담작업동맹에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 규명하고 그 영향을 밝혀, 상담자들이 청소년 내담자의 부모상담시 의미있는 정보를 제공하여 청소년 상담 시, 부모상담의 효과성을 도모하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 선행 연구를 바탕으로 상담자의 자기효능감과 상담자 발달수준을 주요 관심있는 독립변인으로 하였을 때, 이 두 독립변인이 청소년 내담자 부모와의 상담작업동맹에 어느 정도의 영향을 미치는지를 설정하였으며 이 변인들이 서로에게 미치는 영향력에 대하여서도 분석을 실시하였다.
서울 및 경기도 소재의 상담기관에서 현재 청소년을 상담하고 있는 상담자들을 대상으로 조사한 148명의 설문지를 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 상담자 자기효능감과 상담자 발달수준은 상담자-부모 상담작업동맹에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 상담자 발달수준이 상담자 자기효능감 보다는 상담자-부모 상담작업동맹에 더 유의미한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 상담자 자기효능감과 상담자 발달수준이 부모와의 작업동맹에 미치는 영향 정도는 상담자 자기효능감과 상담자-부모 상담작업동맹이 나타내는 영향력 보다 상담자 발달수준과 상담자-부모 상담작업동맹이 나타내는 영향력이 상담자에게 보다 더 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
이 연구결과를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다.
상담자 발달수준정도가 상담자 자기 효능감보다 상담자-부모 상담작업동맹에 유의미한 영향을 끼치는 요인으로 확인하였다. 이는 청소년 상담 시, 상담자 스스로 느끼는 자기효능감도 중요하지만 상담에서는 상담자로써의 발달과정이 더 중요하며 이를 위해 상담자를 위한 여러 교육을 필요로 함을 증명하는 것이며 상담자 발달을 위한 대안들을 모색해야 한다는 것이다. 또한 상담자들은 스스로 인간적인 발전과 직업적인 발전을 위해 더욱 노력하게 됨으로써 상담성과와 연결되어 내담자에게 이로울 뿐 아니라 상담만족도를 높이는 데에도 도움이 될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

When you counsel Adolescent, this study aims to analyse counselor-parents' Working Alliance affecting variables to identify and its impact turned out, to help counseling effect and the basic data required to serve its purpose is.

To collect data, 148 Counselors for juvenile in Seoul or Geonggi-do is joined in this study. for surveyed 148 consecutive patients using a questionnaire SPSS 18.0 program for correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis was performed. The results of this study are as follows :

First, counselors' self-efficacy and counselers' development-based significantly affect counselor-parents' Working Alliance and make sure that the results correlated, counselors' self-efficacy and counselers' development-based, showed correlations.
Second, correlation coefficient of counselors' self-efficacy and counselers' development-based is evaluated higher than correlation coefficient of counselors' self-efficacy and that of counselors' development-base and counselor-parents' Working Alliance. So, counselors' self-efficacy and counselors' development-base showed a statistically significant relationship among them.
Third, counselors' development-based correlated lightly with counsel-parents' Working Alliance compared with counselors' self-efficacy.
Based on the results of this study, the follwing conclusions were drawn :
To counsel-parents' Working Alliance, counselors' development-based than counselors' self-efficacy was conformed to a statistically significant relationship. So, when you counsel Juvenile, based on these conclusions, counselors should try to mature in professionally and mentally because counselors' development-based is to be important. To raise Education for counselors', to get chances of supervision for counselors', alternatives about counseling skills will be found. Consequently, counselors' development is connected to counseling accomplishment.
