A human being's body is like an organism that is mutually connected. Thus, if any one region is blocked, other part comes to be influenced. If the body has taken ill for a long time, even the mind gets sick. On the contrary, if the mind gets sick, even the body comes to get ill. What moves is the evidence of being alive to be breathing. This movement has been indicated a case of loudly crying when being depressed or sad, or the behavior of fully jumping when being pleasant or happy. In this way, the movement of the body has great influence upon purifying emotion. Emotion is thought to be likely able to be changed by expressing it with dance by using this movement. This is a reason that we researched by connecting theory and expression of dance therapy.

When the body and spirit harmonize, this presents impression to viewers beyond expression. Many dancers have an eager desire for giving deep impression to the audiences who view dance as they come on the stage. This impression is not what comes simply from dancer's colorful technique. A dancer's emotional expression in the deep inside even if being not colorful, namely, true movement comes to rather cause many audiences to have deep impression.
