중학생의 창의성과 학교적응간의 관계

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study concerns the relationship between creativity and school adjustment.And the data was collected by two hundred forty middle schoolstudents,who live in Seoul or Gyeonggi Province, to know how much creativity influence on school adjustment. The results are as follows.
First,the correlation between creativity and school adjustment was found. And the higher creativity they have, the higher the ability to adapt to learn and social relationship satisfaction. Also they have positive thinking about school activities. However, there was no significant relationship between creativity and psychological stability of school adjustment.
Second, there was a difference in their adjustment to school ccording to the level of creativity. The higher level of creativity students adapted better than low one. However, there was no difference about
psychological stability between high level of creativity students and low one.
In addition, I measure level of creativity through the level of school adaptation between students. The higher school adjustment they have, the higher level of creativity they have. However there was no significant difference among grade, sex and region in regard to level of creativity and school adjustment. Also thereare no particular different levelof creativity between the before and after courses which are focused on creativity.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

중학생의 창의성과 학교적응간의 관계

본 연구는 창의성과 학교적응간의 관계를 알아보고, 창의성이 중학생의 학교적응에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지 파악해 보기 위해 서울, 경기 지역의 중학교 남/녀 학생 240명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.

첫째, 창의성과 학교적응은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창의성이 높을수록 학교적응의 하위요인인 학업관련 적응도와 사회관계 만족도가 높으며 학교활동에 대한 생각이 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 창의성과 학교적응의 하위요인인 심리안정 요인은 상관관계 및 영향력이 유의미하지 않았다.
둘째, 창의성 수준에 따라 학교적응도에 차이가 있었다. 창의성 수준이 높은 학생이 창의성 수준이 낮은 학생보다 학교적응도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 창의성 수준이 높은 학생과 낮은 학생의 심리안정 관련 학교적응의 차이는 없었다.
또한 부수적으로 학교적응 수준에 따른 창의성의 차이를 알아보았는데, 학교적응도가 높은 학생이 학교적응도가 낮은 학생보다 창의성이 높게 나왔다. 그리고 창의성과 학교적응 모두 학년이나, 성별, 지역에 대해서는 유의미한 차이를 보이를 않았고, 창의성 중점 교육과정 전이나 과정 중인 현재나 특별한 차이를 보이지 않았다.
