In this day and age, students interpret the meaning of school in many different ways. Among them, the ultimate question as to‘Where the students are headed to’becomes one of the fundamental questions. Nowadays, students do not seem to have any attachment or royalty toward their schools, nor they seem to know what they should be doing. As a result, many people are coming up with terminologies that reflect the current situation:‘Educational Crisis,’‘School Crisis,’etc. What is more, further problems such as classroom disruptions, studying
abroad, and transferring to alternative schools are taking place in regular classes on a daily basis. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to find ways of addressing the seriousness of this crisis.
Basically, one can say that the above mentioned problems need to be approached from a different angle, rather than using the conventional way of treating students. An alternative way of dealing with the problem is for homeroom teachers to pay a closer attention to his/her students and try to notice strong and weak points about them. Through this methodology, understanding and guiding students toward the right direction is going to be proven to be effective,to some degree,in affecting students in a positive way. By getting to know the students better, it will give the homeroom teachers the advantage of employing various ways of teaching both in class as well as outside of class when guiding students toward their respective goals.
Homeroom teachers’personalities play a major role in determining the students’behavior in the class. It would be the perfect picture if a homeroom teacher has a sense of responsibility with great self-confidence because that would enable the teacher to lead students and become the role model for them, but the reality is- it’s far from the actuality. It is shown that students are not likely to follow what their teachers say, nor the regulations. Thus, the question whether students depended on the conditions of their homeroom teachers’behavior altendencies was being asked before carrying out there search. So the content of this thesis deals with the development of students
under different conditions, such as teachers’ inclination toward introverted side(personality and attention)and extroverted traits(age,
andmaritalstatus).
This dissertation briefly describes the positive influence of homeroom teachers' transformational leadership on students' schoollife, which is criticized due to classroom disintegration and differences of students' individual personalities. It concludes with a consideration of several common ways to promote homeroom teachers' transformational leadership by providing them with the opportunities to participatein a
variety of workshops or training courses and develop the capabilities of managing the classroom efficiently as wellas efficaciously. In the
conclusion, it is suggested that homeroom teachers take constant endeavor and get a closer look at themselves as educators and innovators in orderto bring educational success to both the teachers and students alike.
