This study aims to examine the essence of college admissions officers. Through the educational policy analysis model to improve the way of admission to University that should be comprehensive and carried with macro analysis.

In order to achieve the objectives of this study that dealt related articles and information materials for each college or university admissions officers, content analysis of college admissions officers and information materials of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and Korean Council for University Education.
This study examines the adequacy of information presented to the school policy analysis, Cooper and the framework of a four-dimensional (4-Dimentional View of Policy Theory) by Korean University admissions office has a comprehensive and systematic analysis.

The basic philosophy of the University admissions officers is that liberalize the college admissions process and social diversity. As a result, normative framework were extracted in terms of fairness and diversity, automony and in terms of constitutive of colleges and daegyohyeop, school teachers, parents and students.



In terms of constitutive points, this study was related with the high school curriculum, reducing the private education costs, reliability Improvement of the University and technical points, this study was focus on the improvement in speciality of admissions officers, diversity of admission system, the high school-linked system that were analyzed.

Six samples chosen by the University (Catholic University, Konkuk University, Seoul National University, Sungkyunkwan University, Yonsei University, Chung-Ang University) analysis results were that prescriptive in terms of the diversity of each college to pursue a Human Resource and social diversity.
