정서인식의 명확성, 대인관계만족도 정서적 안녕감의 구조적 관계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구에서는 정서의 처리과정인 정서인식의 명확성이 대인관계와 정서적 안녕감과 어떤 관계가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 구체적으로 정서인식의 명확성이 대인관계만족도의 매개효과를 통해 정서적 안녕감에 영향을 주는지를 구조적 모형을 통해 검증하고자 하였다.
이 연구의 대상은 성인기 초기의 대학생으로 충청지역에 위치한 남녀 대학생 206명이었으며 연구에 사용된 도구는 정서인식의 명확성, 대인관계만족도, 정서적 안녕감척도로 구성된 자기보고식 질문지였다.
연구결과, 정서인식의 명확성, 대인관계만족도와 정서적 안녕감은 모두 유의미한 상관을 보였다. 정서인식의 명확성은 대인관계만족도와 정서적 안녕감에 정적 영향을 주었으며 대인관계만족도 역시 정서적 안녕감에 의미 있는 정적 영향을 나타내었다.
그러나, 정서인식의 명확성이 정서적 안녕감에 대한 영향의 경우, 대인관계 만족도가 매개하는 부분매개모형을 검증하는데 있어서 적합도가 좋은 모델의 기준에 미치지 않았다. 때문에 이 연구의 모델은 적절하지 않은 모델이라고 평가할 수 있다.
이 연구의 모델이 이론에 의해 추론되었음에도 불구하고 적합도가 좋지 않은 결과의 원인을 추론해 보면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 연구결과에 영향을 미칠만한 환경적 요인을 통제하지 못하였을 가능성이다. 둘째는 통계적으로 모형을 평가하는데 적절한 자료표집이 되지 못하였을 가능성이다. 마지막으로, 각 변인을 측정하는 척도가 모형을 설명하기위해 적절하지 못했을 가능성을 배제할 수 없을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, it was intended to find relationship among emotional clarity, which is one of emotional procedure, interpersonal relationships and emotional well-being.
Specifically, this study was tried to verify with structral model that emotional clarity affects emotional Well-being by mediator of interpersonal relations satisfaction.
The subjects of this study were 206 university students of early adulthood in Chung Chong Do province, and research method, which is self-report type questionnaire consists of barometers of emotional clarity, interpersonal relations satisfaction and emotional Well-being was used.
As a result, there was significant correlation among emotional clarity, interpersonal relations satisfaction and emotional satisfaction respectively.
Emotional clarity statically affected both interpersonal relations satisfaction and emotional well-being, interpersonal relations satisfaction also a significant positive effect on emotional well-being.
However, in case of emotional clarity's effect on emotional well-being, fidelity of verification that the partial mediation model of interpersonal relations satisfaction didn't meet the criteria of a suitable model, in case of emotional clarity's effect on emotional well-being. For this study, because the model is not suitable models can be evaluated.

Despite tha fact that the model of this study was deduced by theories, the results had poor fidelity. The causes of poor fidelity were as follows: First of all, it is possible not to control t environmental factors, which would affect results of this study. Second, data collection might be not adequate to evaluate statistically models. Finally, it is hard to exclude incongruent parameter in order to measure of each variable to describe the model.
